Exploring The Forest (Open)

"I did some research on my family records, and discovered that we have the same mother. However, we were born from two different fathers as well." Kyouga explained as he opened his eyes and put his hands in his pockets. Kyouga had just discovered recently though, but it was quite a finding. To know that they were biological brothers was fascinating.

Sairento fell onto his bottom, revelling in the very idea of it. He then sighed, looking at the ground."Brother or not..You know where my base is..Either you join..Or die." With that, he closed his eyes, hoping the man would leave.

Ish, who had decided to wait outside, frowned when overheard the ultimatum. The boy sure is serious... really needs to learn to lighten up. He thought back to his son, Domon, and smiled. I think I'll stick around. After all, the man's going to need a good ally.

"That's not very diplomatic..." Kyouga said quietly as dark shadows were cast over his eyes. He wanted to get out of there, but he couldn't move his body. Now Kyouga knew how Sairento had felt when he attempted to him. It felt like his heart had been carved out of his chest, a great emptyness full of sadness and sorrow. Kyouga was now beside himself, unable to make a decision. He wanted to speak, but all that he could muster was a hoarse cough.

Sairento brought his eyes to re-open, a cold gaze on them. His eyes came up to meet Kyouga's and he seemed to stare straight through the man. His eyes were of his inner hollow, a black with golden pupils. He silently waited for the man he loved so dearly to answer.

Kyouga fell on his knees, and he could feel all of the pain catching up with him. Kyouga then managed to sit down Japanese-style. Tears were streaming down his face, and his eyes looked lifeless for the first time. Occassionally, Kyouga's body would twitch due to the pain. All Kyouga felt like now was a caged bird that had been tortured, and wasn't strong enough to fly.

Sairento felt tears welling in his eyes as he slowly stood, his right arm extending outwards. His hand opened expectantly and all of a sudden, chimera was in his hand. He tightly gripped the blade's hilt, looking down at his brother. Silently, sairento raised his blade, looking down at the other male.

Kyouga wanted to escape, but he didn't have the energy to do so. Go ahead and end my suffering... I don't deseve to live... Kyouga thought as he awaited the blade to strike. You're just going to give up like that, huh? Haven't you make other people's lives a little better? If you give up now, then you're a pathetic fool, Kyouga! the part of Kyouga that resided within his sword yelled inside his head, coaxing him to not throw his life away. You're right, Necronia... Kyouga responded mentally. "Stop it, Oni-Chan... Why must we hurt each other even more...? Killing your own emotionally unstable little brother... won't solve anything... I'm sorry, but you're going to have to let me go and permit me to leave... I'm sorry big brother, but I have a duty to keep and I can't abandon the Espada, because I have actually helped people..." Kyouga spoke quietly as he eyes filled with life as he continued to cry. "Please, do not make yourself a target by killing me. Also, If you do kill me, you will rampage and the balance between wholes and hollows shall be disrupted; eventually leading to massive pandamonium. Tell me, is that what you want?" Kyouga asked Sairento and explained to him with a calmer tone, hoping that he would spare him. Kyouga had finally repented for his actions against his brother in full. Furthermore, Kyouga looked like he was going to faint soon.

Sairento stayed silent and simply dropped his blade. With a clatter, it hit the ground, as Sairento walked silently away. His walking brought him to the front door, and he opened it, motioning for kyouga to leave."Get out" Was all he said and he then silently walked into the back of the base, locking himself in his room.


TOPIC EXIT

Kyouga stood up and walked out of the door, gently closing it behind him. Kyouga's life had been spared by the very person that could destroy them all. However, Kyouga knew that he would never be able to ruturn to the place on his own. Kyouga's older brother was just as emotionally unstable as he was. However, Kyouga managed to get back to Las Noches where he would sleep alone tonight.
