Old memories (Ukitake)

All right Ukitake said being fully confident that she could take care of herself, he found some stairs leading to the other levels of the research lab.

Once Ukitake got up there he could faintly still hear Yuuri down there fighting, he looked around it was a bit darker here than down stairs there where a few lights and a big hole in far away corner of the room, the room itself was filled with containers and shelves filled with all kind of books. He called out his Zanpakto but all he could hear was the their giggle and laughing, Ukitake sighed, he caught something in the faraway corner of the room it was some kind of movement, Ukitake decided to approach it carefully, a rat ran across the floor making almost Ukitake to lose his balance. He could hear some familiar voice above him and two silouette came down crashing ontop of him which caused him to fall on the floor, they started to laugh in unision despite Ukitake having a sore back now, the twins liked to play hide and seek... you came you sure took your time! The entire building shock due to a amount of spiritual preassure that was realeased. The preassure itself matched a captain who had gone in shikai, but it was in fact just Yuuri who had used 3 level 30-40 kido`s, which had caused some of her spiritual energy to be realeased. The only thing he and the twins could hear for a few moments were their own heartbeats. The thuds of a single pair of wodden sandals broke the silence, and Yuuri appaered from the hallway that Ukitake had come in from, not having a single scatch on her, which wasen`t a big surprise.

"Sorry about that..", she said while stracting her neck, blushing slightly embaressed like Uruhara always used to when he messed up, well at least back when he had been a captain. "Are you two okay?", she asked the twins, bending down, offering a hand to Ukitake, through she was careful to watch her back in case the twins wanted to push her onto their "father", again.

IC: Ukitake thought it was a earthquake when the whole building started to shake violently he for a moment thought the whole house was going to collapse on him, but it did`t, he held his arms over his head while lying on the floor with the twins on his back not being the least worried about the shaking building. For a moment the twins quieted down when they looked at Yuuri coming up on the stairs and the hallway, they smiled in unision as usual showing their cutest smiles yet Your even more late!

okaa-san they said in unision as well, Ukitake looked stunned at Yuuri she really needs to hold her reishi down he thought as she pulled him up at ease, Ukitake put his arm on his back, because it was hurt a bit due to the twins jumping on him earlier.

Yeah we are all right... he said withouth a worry in the world, he started smiling again as usual they could hear some racketing outside, it sounded almost like Kurosuchi Mayuri looking at his belowed lab, Ukitake sniffed the air suddenly, he could also hear a hissing sound almost like a pipe being broken it smells like, do you hear that sound... now that he thought about it the smell reminded him of something... a broken cable let out a few sparks and the sparks caught the air on fire, Ukitake was quick to act as he pulled the twins into his arms and nodded to Yuuri calmly there was a leak and this building was going to see a whole new make up today, in a matter of seconds the entire lab exploded in a massive rage of fire, having shumpoed along with Yuuri to safety in the last second they appeared outside alongside with Mayuri, he did not look happily at them especially not on the two twins in Ukitake`s arms...

Yuuri bairly had time to catch her breath before she was meet with an angry glare from the 12th division captain, Mayuri Kurotsuchi. She managed to get the two twins to settle down and stood up, making sure her kimono was secured thightly since the last thing she wanted was for the damn thing to drop...why of all evenings had she chosen this one to sleep in her kimono? The 12th division members had begun to gather around them, aswell as some 4th division members who had rushed to the scene on the orders of Unohana in case anyone was hurt. Yuuri gulped sligthly, if she messed up in this situation, she would most likely loose respect from the entire 12th division, aswell as the rest of the gotei 13 when the news about this event spread out.

"...I apolizegize for all of this, Kurotsuchi Taicho", she said in a light bow, having a hard time keeping herself from shacking. Why was she still so scared of him? It had been over a 100 years ago he had attempted to exspriment with her zanpaktou, and now she was his boss. "The 13th division, along side the 1th division, will do everything in its power to repair the damage...i had gone into the lab with Ukitake taichi in seach for his two zanpaktou`s...if you want to blaim someone for this inccident, blaim me...it was me who approved of them to materialize.."

After everything was sorted out a lot of apologies was sent and Mayuri still demanded some sort of repayment for the damaged they had caused, appearently the captain commander`s reitsu leaking out was the last bit of blasting that the lab requierd to simply combust in a most spectacular way, Mayuri had gone so far as to request Yuuri`s Zanpakto as a ten day experiment subject since he had not lost full intrest to her Zanpakto but simply given up the hope to ever get a chance to look at it, so he ended up giving up easily...

This was where Ukitake stepped in and requested that Mayuri would reconcider the option and study his own double elemented Zanpakto instead after all it was his Zanpakto`s own fault that they got involved in this incident in the first place and they where under his command (even if they appeared to not be)

Mayuri gave a devilish grin and started to reconcider his options, it did not come as an suprise to mayuri that Ukitake`s Zanpakto was also a double elemented zanpakto, he had suspected as much, off course Ukitake was worried about his zanpakto getting experimented on but Ukitake knew Yuuri highly disliked the thought of having her Zanpakto experimented on by Mayuri, since she had feared the captain long before she became a captain herself... despite all this Ukitake wanted to protect him anyway because he felt responcible about the entire thing, that and he had feelings for her, something mayuri would never understand....
