Meeting of Current Espada

Sairento sighed softly, his eyes scanning the vast desert for any signs that some one was coming. He was standing in front of Las Noches, waiting for the others to arrive before entering. He was confident that all the other espada would come, and that this would be a very productive meeting. While he waited, sairento softly kicked at a bit of sand with the toe of his shoe.

Suddenly a hand was on Sairento's shoulder. "Oh, were you waiting for me?" a familiar voice said coolly. It was Kyouga and he had just appeared next to Sairento, but he planned to surprise him. Kyouga already had a grin on his face, and he lightly patted Sairento's shoulder. Finally, Kyouga brought his arm down and put both hands in his pockets.

Daizai walked slowly to the meeting point, it all mattered little to him. Making his way to Las Noches he smiled. Who would have thought that the first thing he were to see in this vast land of sand would be Sairento. "Sorry, it took me long." He said fully looking around and sensing for others, only to sense Kyouga "Hi, Kyouga." He said not knowing if he was in the wrong for acknowledging his presence.

Ulquiorra's form was seen among the vast desert sand, striding in a slow pace towards the gathered three. He had the same emotionless look on his face that he always wore, as if he didn't care to be there. When he reached the other three, his eyes swept over each of them in turn. He then pushed past the two Espada in front of the entrance to the base, walking in. His footsteps echoed within the empty halls, carrying him to the meeting room. He pulled the huge double doors open, silently stepping in. Ulquiorra shifted into the fourth seat on the right side, which was clearly marked with a large four, and sat in it. There he waited for the other three to catch up.

Sairento sighed, waving at his seeming elder brother Kyouga. He then nodded for the other two to head inside, he would wait for their leader. He silently pulled out a notepad and pen, writing in it, then showing it to Kyouga. It explained that he would wait for Grimmjow and that they should head inside and take their seats.

Kyouga chuckled when Daizai appologized that he was late. "It would have been quicker if you Sonidoed instead of walking at a slow pace, Yoku-Kun." Kyouga said coolly to Daizai with a toothy grin. Kyouga was unaware how Daizai would react to his smile, but he know that some people did fear his smile. "Oh, being antisocial today, Ulquiora?" Kyouga asked Ulquiora teasingly with a Gin-like smile. Then, Kyouga opened his eyes and looked at what Sairento had written. "Take your time~" Kyouga said to him happily, and headed for his seat which was marked by a number one.

The smile he received was a gator smile. All teeth, chuckling he put on a smile. "Yeah, you are right, but walking at a slow pace and I still be our glorious leader." He said of Grimmjow. Watching as Ulquiorra arrived he nodded. The nod showed signs of resentment. Not because he was higher up, but because he seemed to be weaker than most and still he out ranked Daizai.

Following suit, the fifth espada walked into the building. Heading for his seat he exclaimed, "So, a meeting. Do any of you higher ups know anything about it." With that he made his way into his chair. "Ulquiorra, you seem happy today." he said playfully.

Ulquiorra's head slowly turned as he faced the espada to the right of him. All he did was give the other an emotionless glare."Don't be an idiot, Yoku..However hard it is for you to go against being one." Leaving the weaker espada with that remark, Ulquiorra turned to where the leader's chair was. It was at the head of the table, which was the highest honor you could get in the espada..And Ulquiorra wanted it. He then looked at the chair across the table from Grimmjow's giving it an emotionless glare. "That's where Sairento sits..Does he really think himself better than us.."Ulquiorra wasn't really angry, nor did he care. But he did want a chance to show that he was the only espada with two Resurrecion for a reason.

Grimmjow glanced out his window at the miles of sand that seemed to go on forever. It had been a week now since he'd become the new leader of Hueco Mundo, and he wasn't quite used to it yet. Sure he acted sure of himself, but really he wasn't as confident as he seemed. He was afraid he would make a mistake, or worse, lots of mistakes. But of course he never showed his insecurities, and always attained a cool, calm attitude. The Sexta Espada stepped away from the window and pulled down the shade, hiding the dark nothingness from view.

"Lord Grimmjow?" There was a loud knocking on Grimmjow's door just as he was about to lay down. Grimmjow cursed under his breath and stalked over to the door, flinging it open. Standing there, unsure of himself, was one of the arrancar. "What is it?" Grimmjow snapped when the man didn't say anything. "Come on! I don't have all night!" The arrancar was shaking, but managed a nod. "Of course! I-I'm sorry! I w-was sent to inform y-you that there's a m-meeting taking place in the meeting r-room."

A meeting. Great. Why oh why did there have to be meetings at this time of night?! Grimmjow needed his rest. "Yeah, yeah, fine," he muttered, pushing past the arrancar and stomping past him to the meeting room. "This better be good," he muttered under his breath, as he walked in, slamming the door behind him.

Sometimes being the leader of Hueco Mundo was more trouble than it was worth. Grimmjow hated all the complaints he got from Espada and Arrancar about random things he couldn't care less about. And there were always meetings at all hours of the night. He wondered how Aizen stood it. But, besides that, he liked being the leader and having so much power.

Grimmjow walked up the aisle, glancing at the Espada and Arrancar that were seated then stepped up onto a platform and sat on a large throne. Grimmjow had often wondered, when he was under Aizen's rule, how it felt to sit up there, and look down, knowing that he had the unwavering attention of everyone. And now he knew.

Sairento sighed, shrugging as he gave up on waiting for their leader. He shifted into Las Noches, wandering toward the meeting room. His feet were lazily dragging and so made heavy ''clip-clop'' noises as he walked. Sairento finally reached the open doors of the meeting room, looking around. His eyes came across Kyouga, Yoku, Ulquiorra and then finally Grimmjow. As his eyes came upon the last figure, he held and unwavering glare of hatred directed at the leader.

Sairento then thought it best to forget old grudges and move on, so he skulked over to his seat. The seat that was at the foot of the table, looking directly across at Grimmjow himself. Sairento silently took out his notepad and pen, beginning to doodle. He doodled as if the leader being there for their meeting was very un-interesting. Even though it was Grimmjow who had made him the Cero espada, he still despised the man.

While he doodled, sairento began to think of what life would be like if he weren't a part of the espada. If here were free to roam as he pleased, drawing as much as he wanted. Though as the Highest-Ranking espada next only to Grimmjow Himself, Sairento had many responsibilities that he had to carry out. He didn't plan on doing them though.

He finished the doodle he had been working on, looking from it to Grimmjow, smiling at the chibi form of their leader. He liked Grimmjow a lot better that way. "Chibis are always better than hard-asses.."Sairento thought silently to himself.

"That's just like you Ulquiora, you're always putting everyone down and you've never once cracked even a grin..." Kyouga said sadly with a frown. "But I'm sure that the Inoue girl would cheer you up~!" he added playfully with his Gin-like smile. Kyouga knew how much that Ulquiora wanted to keep his second ressurrecion a secret, but only a few of the Espada knew that the Segunda Ressurrecion was actually real. However, only one person knew how to achieve it.

"He's finally coming, right on schedule too~" Kyouga said happily as he sensed Lord Grimmjow approaching. He simply smiled as Lord Grimmjow sat down. Kyouga was the only person in the room that seemed to think very highly of Grimmjow, and show it too.

As the comment made by Ulquiorra made it to his ears Daizai chuckled. "Leave it to you to drain the life out of a room" he said looking to the 4th seat who seemed to be ignoring him now. Then he entered. Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez the leader. The only one who was actually as cute as Daizai himself.

Nudging Ulquiorra he asked a question quietly. "Tell, me how does it feel to follow a guy you so thought you could defeat in battle. Just wondering my oh, so strong friend." The last part of his statement was meant to tease the man, who claimed to be stronger than him. If Grimmjow could surpass Ulquiorra, then it must be easy for someone who went through pretty much the same thing and was a seat higher, to do so.

Daizai's eyes smiled as he looked back towards Grimmjow. Waiting to hear what he had to say. Was it the fact that Grimmjow was attractive or the fact that the man had power and you do what you have to get power. Even if that meant kissing ass.

Grimmjow stared down at the Espada and Arrancar before him, not glowering or glaring, just looking. He knew this often made people uncomfortable, but he didn't care. He glanced at Ulquiorra, his rival, and felt like gloating. Who's the loser now?! I'm the leader of Hueco Mundo and you're just sad trash! Grimmjow smirked slightly as he looked away from the Espada. That was one more perk to being the leader.

Grimmjow yawned and wished everyone would stop their chatter. "Enough!" he finally yelled, waiting for everyone to quiet down. "Do you know what time it is?! What was so important that there had to be a meeting at this hour?!"

Ulquiorra allowed his emotionless face to slip up for a few seconds, as he glared with an intense hatred at Grimmjow.Why would some one ever make an idiot like him the leader. Ulq shook his head, clearing the thoughts to regain his emotionless composure.

Sairento stood, knowing that this was his time. The time for him to truly stick up for himself and he sighed at the fact. He glared with an undying gaze at Grimmjow, putting his notepad and pen away."What's so important is..I am leaving this pathetic army of yours." As he stated this, he was ready for anything the others might try to pull His eyes stayed on grimmjow but he was ready to raise his spiritual power to hold of any who would interrupt.

Grimmjow sat there, waiting for a response. But the one he got was not the one he imagined. "What's so important is..I am leaving this pathetic army of yours." Grimmjow simply stared at Sairento for a long minute, trying to register what he was saying. His eyes glowed angrily. Leave? LEAVE?! He can't leave! "I forbid you to leave," Grimmjow growled, finally speaking.

Sairento shook his head, turning his back to Grimmjow. His right hand came up to the tattoo on the right side of his neck, a cero burning within his palm. He slapped the cero to the number 0, burning it off. He then opened up a garganta, shaking his head once more."We were given free will for a reason.." and with that, Sairento stepped into the garganta, fading into noting. It closed behind him, leaving the rest of them there, staring.

"Lord Grimmjow, would you permit me to terminate Sairento?" Kyouga asked as calmly as he could, but rage was boiling in his blood for the first time. Kyouga had a reason to kill Sairento, and he wouldn't hold back. However, Kyouga would restrain himself if Lord Grimmjow forbid Kyouga to pursue Sairento.

Ulquiorra remained emotionless as this all unfolded, his gaze coming over to Kyouga as he spoke.[color=green]"Oh come now, you don't expect us to believe you'd kill him? You two are basically brothers..We've all seen how you two act around eacUlquiorra siad this in a monotone voice while unblinkingly staring at Kyouga. He knew that this espada would find some way to mess something this simple up.

"Do you have any brighter ideas, Ulquiora?" Kyouga asked him, likely ending the conversation right there and then. Kyouga always detested Ulquiora's attitude and disposition. Kyouga doubted that Ulquiora cared about anything. In any case, at least Kyouga was taking the iniciative to exterminate a possible threat. Besides, the trust he had with Sairento was broken and he would never forgive him.

Grimmjow sat there for a minute, seething. How could he leave?! Grimmjow shook his head angrily. He knew he must do something. He couldn't just allow someone to leave! "Yes," he muttered to Kyouga, sighing. He now wished he had never come to this meeting. Grimmjow's eyes searched the others, daring them to say anything.

Darque used garganta to show himself then hearing about this meeting was just last minute but the rumors were true somebody was taking over. Aizen was dead and Gin must have crap a brick and lefted the arrancar race had their freedom what the living hell was going on here. He didn't know what was going on but Grimmjow but someone was leaving that was his right nobody should make him choose anway. "Aizen is dead and Grimmjow iis in charge? He better not do the same thing Aizen did.....Halibel.....I WANTED TO MARRY HER....When the time comes? I'll going to choose my path or someone who wants freedom for our kind" He thought. If this Grimmjow was the boss? Then he would have to act in everybody interest he should just take over like that and expect everybody to follow in his footsteps. That would be a stupid move if he done it the way he did. Aizen's rule over all of them was over...

Darque will play ball for now but still their hid a different agenda within his mind. The scars of what Aizen and Barragan did to him still lie deep within his mind.

It should be him that had the honor or killing the Cero espada. Not some one who was likely to screw it up. His face was emotionless as he stared at the table, pondering his next move.

Kyouga waited patiently, but he then noticed that Darque just arrived. Regardless, Kyouga knew exactly what Sairento would do after leaving the ranks of the Espada. Kyouga knew that he would recruit Former Espada to join him, but Kyouga would stop him before he would have a chance to strike back at Las Noches. If no one said anything else soon, he would leave to execute the traitor.
