i was actually thinking the same thing the other day xD i was like hnnn how come the 12th division doesnt invent and how come the 6th division isnt after the traitors xD There does seem to be alot of them here.

I think perhaps in each squad board there should be a sub-board where captains can make multiple missions/duties for their lieutenants and officers to undertake. Of course mods and admins could make some too to help out the captains. Each division could then be performing their duties better

but just an idea of course

i would like certain squads to take care of their certain duties as some squads are very specific in what they should be doing, such as stealth force, inventing, etc. but also some of the other squads dont actually have any major duties other than the usual fighting hollows, so you should also take that into consideration

For the Squads that we have no idea about (However, if anyone has the offical Bleach Guide book thing, it says all of the descriptions, but they havent been put on wiki, wtf >_<)

... If we dont know what a Squad does, make something up at the least so they have a duty other than being a waste of time.

Well then the Staff can make up some duties for all the divisions.

You're not a staff. It's actually quite easy. It takes no less than 7 minutes at most to THINK up duties for Squads, aside from the ones we know.

2 - Stealth/Onmitsukido

3 - Make up (Rukon Diplomacy)

4 - Medical Squad & Well-Ness of Seireitei

5 - Make up (Data Collection

6 - Internal Affairs

7 - Make up (Black Smith Squad)

8 - Make up (Training Squad)

9 - Seireitei Newspaper

10 - Combat Tactics and Mass-Reinforcement

11 - Sword & Strength-Specialist Squad

12 - Science, Research and Development

13 - Storage Squad (For information, kido, public & personal records and archives)

actually 3 is psychological warfare if im not mistaken O.o and nine is like the cops of seireitei... or was that seven? anywho its not my decision, so meh.

I know real duties of each division, Hayami had a few right and I will add the rest that he missed. If you need me to clarify exactly what each division does. Then just post it here and I will let you know.

6th Division- Enforcers(Internal Affairs)

Then give up your Captain's spot "smart one" if you're too dang lazy to even do anything.
