Gotei 13 and Espada list wipe

I have a question about it; if you're still active, and you currently have a character that's a part of the Gotei 13/Espada in a high position, such as a lieutenant, what will happen to them once the list is wiped?

All the active ranked shingami`s(including the espada) will not be wiped.
