Number:This Has The Equivalency Of A #55 Kidou
Category:Un-Categorized
Incantation:That which heals, kills! Desolate them or lead to salvation!
Effect:this kidou has two effects which are actually pretty random depending on the amount of stamina one has left.If they have full stamina there is a great chance(about 80%) of this kidou healing the target.* IF their stamina is low however then this kidou has a greater chance(About 65%) of sending a dark lightning bolt into them.**

*Healing: This part of the kidou can heal great damage if one is lucky(or un-lucky) enough to get this. the wounds it heals can consist of one that is three inches deep, and up to 1.5 inches in diameter. It will close the wound completely and stop bleeding. The down side to this is it takes one turn for the roulette to start(based on stamina hands will either glow with black[healing] or with dark violet lightning[killing] before hand) And the next turn, can be shot out. If fighting an enemy, however, this can heal them as well. It takes quite a lot of energy to do this and so it can only be attempted twice within a thread. One can be interrupted during this.[Takes one turn to charge(per roulette part). And two turns to completely heal]

**Killing: This part of the kidou can conflict great damage onto the target. The damage this conflicts can either burn into a chest, blasting the opponent back(long/Mid-range) or burn completely through an opponent's chest(example, but still close range) A downside to this is it takes one turn for the roulette to go through(based on stamina hands will either glow with black[healing] or with dark violet lightning[killing] before hand) And the next turn can be shot out. If healing an ally, however, this can damage them far worse than they had been before. It takes quite a lot of energy to do this and so it can only be attempted twice within a thread. One can be interrupted during this.[One turn to charge(per roulette part) and one to shoot. Deals Heavy damage]

How long does it take to prepare, and how long does it take to heal a minor/major wound?

So you kill them instantly at close range?

I think you should add a number for this Kido so it gives people a better idea.

I'll allow you to have your kido unnumbered, but can you say what their eqivalent number would be if they did have one - eg, the kido has the same amount of power as a level 5 kido, something like that.
