Custom zanpaktou for cannons.

I have seen than Shunsui has been approved with a custom bankai.

I was wondering if i could make a custom shikai for Nemu, since she spends most of her time with Mayuri, or doing stuff in his name, i thought she would`t have had time to achive Bankai.

Nemu, right now what I think at least is going on is that Shunsui is approved, but I'm waiting on Sarah's approval for my custom bankai ^^
