Personality: ryoma is generally mature and serious, though he knows when to lighten up and not be so strict around his squad and fellow captains. when something needs to be delt with the head captain usually has ryoma to do so in which he is relied on. other captains see ryoma as a leader seeing how well he does his job and tend to his squad. some of the other captain describe ryoma as a strong willed, harsh, fast learner, very smart person. ryoma can be compassionate and kind to certain people, like his vice-captain and mother. though later on ryoma develops liking toward the 5th squad captain "Momo Hinamori" and is good friends with her. ryoma is the type of person that can make friends with very few words one good friend of his is "Byakuya Kuchiki".

Zanpakuto Information
Zanpakuto Name: Ukemi Kouryou(Passive Water Dragon/Hail Storm)

Zanpakuto Looks: it looks like a reverse blade sword with a red colored hilt and has a Z shaped cross guard.

Spirit Persona: Ukemi is a kind but lazy spirit. He never thinks to try to betray Ryoma or fool him. He’s not a hateful or spiteful spirit either. And his name is proof of that. He holds great power prefers to stay out of most fights and almost always chooses which ones he participates in. When he does fight however it’s almost never at full power. For some reason he detest fighting unless its against a worthy opponent and for a good reason. So in a way you can call him a stubborn spirit.

Inner World: Ukemi’s inner world is a huge vast ocean. It resembles the Artic Ocean, Icebergs line the horizon. Sometimes it’s calm and others it’s like a roaring storm. The way the ocean appears and acts is always dependent on the reason at which Ryoma has to come to the world. When Ryoma goes to the world he is always standing on the surface of the frozen water. In order to meet Ukemi though he must venture beneath the surface into the water. He is able to breath in the frigid water as if he were breathing air. Under the surface it is slightly dimmer in light but is much more scenic than the view above. There is sea vegetation all around but there’s no sign of life. In there darkest depths of the ocean there is a cave that can only be found when Ryoma becomes lost. When he does find the cave he moves through it until he reaches a small opening. Inside the opening there is a door. When Ryoma continues through the door he ends up in a small clearing surrounded by tall trees. The clearing is a perfect circle and in the middle there is a lake. Ukemi resides in the lake. Ryoma might have to wait by the edge of the lake for what might seem like hours or days in the world before Ukemi actually emerges.

Shikai Zanpakuto Abilities:

Tenrai Mizu(Divine Water): This is the ability that allows Ukemi to control water. This technique allows Ukemi to manipulate the water in the air around the area. Ukemi quickly pulls the moisture in the air towards the tip of his Zanpakuto. He then either stabs or slashes towards his opponent releasing the water. When he stabs it towards his opponent it’ll erupt from the tip forming a giant claw that rips and tears at his opponent.

Touketsu Hasu(Frozen Lotus): This ability would be useless without Tenrai Mizu. It goes by the effect of Tenrai Mizu first. It will pull the water to the tip of the Zanpakuto. Then when Ryoma performs whichever action he chooses the affect will be basically the same with the exception of the water from before becoming Ice.

Bankai Information

Bankai Description:

Name of Bankai Release: Tenjoukai Ryuujin(Celestial World Dragon god)

Bankai Zanpakuto Abilities:

Ryoma can hold his bankai for atleast 20 post(Counting both user and opponents post) until he reaches his limit. He has to wait atleast 12 of his own post until he can once again resume bankai state. considering how strong his bankai is.

Juurensha(Hail Bullets): Ryoma turns the water around him into Ice and slashes towards his opponent. He then slashes towards his opponent sending over a dozen Ice bullets towards his opponent. They’re about the size of a small marble but deals lots of damage.

Kouryou(Hail Storm): Ryoma creates a hard rain around a 20 yard area. It’ll will just be a hard rain for one turn then the air will become cold and freezing. The rain becomes hard chunks of Ice that fall over the area causing damage to all around it even the user if he doesn‘t move. This move is active for 3 of the users post.

Uminomokuzu(Water Grave): This is one of Ryoma’s ultimate attacks. He pulls massive amounts of water out of the air around him. The water can stretch over a mile. It forms a raging sea around the user. Ryoma can use the sea to engulf and strike at it’s opponent. This is quite similar to how Byakuya Kuchiki’s bankai works. When the sea devours it’s opponent or when Ryoma thinks he has his opponent where he wants him he uses the technique Hyoukai. This can be used for 2 of the users post.

Hyoukai(Frozen Sea/ Icy Waters): During Uminomokuzu when Ryoma decides to use this technique he will stab his bankai down into the water. The sea will freeze capturing anyone still in it in a thick case of Ice. Ryoma can then choose to leave it or shatter it.

Techniques

Name: Shadow Clone
State: shikai or bankai
Description: this skill allows ryoma to be his shadow to a physical form to help him in many ways. like be at 2 place at once, though his shadow has only half the level of power as ryoma. Ryoma uses this skill mainly if he feels he needs some help for any reason. The another thing about ryoma’s shadow clone is he can only make one since he only has one shadow. Cause of this ryoma can have his shadow in physical as long a he chooses. but if the shadow use too much of its energy it will return to its master. the user must then wait till he himself is ready to summon his shadow again. also ryoma can attach his shadow to other people which can greatly Increase their power or restrict them from moving depending on ryoma's choise. (only members of the Sakuraba family can use this skill)

Ability Name: Shunkō
Ability Type: kido/non-kido
Description: An advanced technique that combines hand-to-hand combat and Kidō energy to explosively increase a Shinigami's offensive capabilities. A high-pressured Kidō surges throughout the user's body, enhancing their arms and legs for battle. The Kidō itself can also be controlled and fired at opponents from the body. (there has been a few times ryoma used it before, and used it about 2 times while in bankai and cause of that the time length for it was cut in half due to the extreme rise in Spiritual pressure and destructive force.)

Name: Kuro Getsuga
State: shikai or bankai
Description: use's not as much reiatsu as "Getsuga Gensho", and is the weaker version so it can be used more often. When used it looks like the shape of a medium sized crescent moon. (There is nothing else to say) but it moves 4 times faster than getsuga Gensho.

Name: Getsuga Gensho
State: bankai
Description: the stronger version of "Dark Getsuga" use's more reiatsu and does more damage but can't be used as often. When used it looks like the shape of a large crescent moon. (It is similar to ichigo's "Getsuga Tensho", but more destructive.)

Name: Hakai Getsuga Zensho
State: Bankai + Shunkō
Description: contains 15-20 times the destructive power of the getsuga gensho

RP Sample:
-it was midnight and had just finished an assignment that he had been given and was heading toward the 7th squad barracks to record his report in to the files. he then look on his desk and saw there was a letter from his mother congratulating him on his success in his first solo mission in the world of the living. his mother also mentioned in the letter that his father would be proud of him if he was here with them. ryoma then put the letter back on his desk and sat down in his chair and began to look through all of the recent reports of completed assignments that were given. then a few minutes later ryoma finshed correcting the errors in some of them. ryoma then stood up an stacked the papers in a pile and left his office then walked to his room and dropped to his knee's and fell face first on his bed and when stright to sleep. hours later when just about everyone was awake, ryoma was still sleeping due to extreme exhaustion. about in the middle of the afternoon ryoma woke up and saw momo sitting there next to ryoma's bed asleep. ryoma then started to think.-

i wonder why momo is here shouldn't she working right now?

-ryoma then remembered that he had some stuff to give to the head captain. so ryoma tried to sit up but he couldn't his body was still exhausted.-
