Looks: Ley, stands at around 5'10" tall and weighs 165 pounds of slender muscle. He has bright green-blue eyes that always show signs of happiness. His Warrior gear is typical a black jump suit, with white sash. He tends to sandals as he claims that tennis shoes hurt, so you can always catch him in tabi boots or tabi shoes.

His hair is a dirty blonde that has a braided pony tail in the back, and messy in the front. He also has a tattoo on his chest of the words lovers forever, with a gash over one part. His team speculate it to be the name of someone from his past relationship.

Personality: Ley is really kind and tends to love to help those in need. Including those who don't deserve the help. Even though he is built for fighting he refuses to harm someone unless he is being threaten. Not really the quite type, Ley likes to be right there talking away and making people happy. His eyes seem to always be filled with hope and happiness even when he is about to be killed.

Not wanting to think to much on what could have been or where he might go when he die. He prefer to think that every life has it's on written out destiny, he tends to think of things as fate.

After he gained Soul Reaper abilities he became a tad more somber and depressed. Though he was still the happy go lucky person people knew. He seemed to put on a sad mask. Not knowing what was going to happen if he was going to be the same person he had always been.

If he were to lose his shinigami abilities he would be able to copy 3-4 powers or abilities and he would be able to keep them as long as he does not copy another ability.

High Spiritual Energy: For a person who is human by physiology, Ley has a high spiritual energy level. Able to rank up with 3^rd.

Hand-to-Hand Combatant Specialist: Ashley has been taking martial arts since he was a wee boy. He had always been smaller than most of the bullies so in order to protect himself, his mother sent him to take on Kung Fu, precisely Buddhist Palm.

Flash Step Practitioner: Ashley has the ability to move at fast speeds when, frighten. Sometimes when he wants.

Zanpakuto Name: Miraimeji (Mirror Image)

Sword Appearance: Miraimeji takes on the appearance of a mirror type Katana that shimmers and reflects light like it is a mirror. The blade is around 36 inches long and the hilt is 6 inches making the weapon itself 42 inches long. Moso has a sheath that too is reflective.

Ashley, who goes by the name Ley, has lived in Karakura Town his entire life. He had always been home school, but after the shinigami had switched Karakura Town with a fake one. He has insisted that he be allowed to go to public school the last two years of his high school life.

Ley, was born to Maria Kirei and a father that he has never met. Ever since he was a kid Ley was able to see ghost and spirits alike. He has never understood why and how. He just knew he was different. When he was young he was given a mirror type reflective katana that his mother said once belonged to his father.

After that he began having even more spirit problems. At one point he was chased into the park by Ichigo Kurosaki due to the release of his weapon. Not knowing what to do he stood, to fight, but before Ichigo made it to him a hollow with a stronger power arrived.

On many occasions Ashley has been around when Ichigo and his friends helped the world of the living, but he just could not do anything until now. How was he to explain himself.

Now that he knows somewhat of the truth about his missing father.

So, Ashley grew up in Karakura town and did basically every childhood thing there was to do there. At a young age he began to train in Kung Fu, in order to help protect himself. On the day that Ichigo and Uryu did the battle to see who would take out the most Hollows, Ley was there hoping to help, but not knowing how to approach the situation.

He went an entire break without seeing the two or their friends. Not wanting to let the town go to the monsters, he began protecting the town as best he could. He learned how to go into Shikai and bankai, but he thinks that he is still in Shikai, since his weapon changes when he releases a lot more of his reiatsu.

'Bzzz... Bzzz' Ashley's hand came down on the night stand and hit the alarm clock. "Ashley, get up, take a shower and be off to school." Spoke a familiar voice to the boy. Ashley just rubbed his head in his pillow not wanting to move. What is she talking about? he thought not moving much still.

"Ashley, if you do not get up you will be late for your first day of public school." she reminded the boy. Ashley quickly shot to a seated position on the bed. His face showing signs of panic. Looking to his mom he proclaimed. "Mom, the name is Ley, Ashley is a girls name." Getting out of the bed he began to stretch, the young male was wearing a pink night gown.

"Ash...Ley, you confuse me sometimes. I cannot keep up with if you are gay or what." His mother said to him as he grabbed some clothes and rushed to the shower. The time in the shower lasted briefly as he came running back into his room for his shoes.

Ley was wearing a girls mini-dress with stylish shoes. Kissing his mother on the cheek he ran down the stairs. "There is breakfast...slam... never mind"

Ley ran down the road from his house. Jumping into the sir, the boy began to flash step towards the school. It had been a while since he had done so. "So, late. So, late" He said as he made it to the school in time to hear the bell. As the bell rang he made his way down the hall.

Ley began to slow up as he made it to a door, that read the room number he needed. Opening the door he smiled and stated, "Sorry, I am late." His voice giving off a proper could be a girl might be a boy tone. The young boy gave off a pretty little smile and swung his hair back maneuvering his hair out of the way. His bangs messy, but perfect.

"Class, this is Ashley Kirei. He is knew to our school." With the teacher proclaiming his sex most of the boys face gave the freaked out disgusted look. Seeing the reaction Ley smiled and laughed it off.

"I go by Ley. Ashley is a girls name. He said with laughter and rude comments coming from the male half of the class. 'Ashley's a girls name. This comeing from the queen in purple.'

"It is not purple, it is violet. And don't call me a queen. With that the teacher ushered him to a seat.

A Human can't use shikai or bankai.

Well, he is a hybrid like Ichigo, only a quarter Shinigami and I did not know where to place him since he is mostly human and only 25% shinigami.

A human having shinigami powers is illegal by Seireitei law. Also, a zanpakuto is an extension of a person's soul, and so it is impossible for another person to weild it, even if you say 'it allowed him to'.

If you're going to say that he can use his father's traits and abilities then you need to list those abilities. He cannot copy and absorb a person's abilities - one or the other but not both.

No, the only person who has been known in Bleach to be able to reach this level is Ichigo, and he has a crazy strong reiatsu, and before you say that you can have one too, his reiatsu was unlocked by Rukia giving him her powers. Lieutenants train for a very long time to have as much power as they do, and so a human can't possibly do the same - so make it less powerful.

How long can he mimic powers for? How many powers can he mimic at a time? This ability needs a cooldown and weaknesses.

I changed what you said, how does it look. Even though I should not have to, since I stated multiple times that he is a quarter shinigami. So, how does it look.

I was just saying about the illegal thing so you know that you probably wouldn't get a warm reception from the shinigami. Also, it's explained well about how he can use his father's sword so that's fine as well.
