Rangiku Matsumoto states that it is number 12, but does not specify whether it is a Destructive or a Binding Spell although from the name and effect, it is highly likely to be a Binding spell.

Since they're in Bleach, approved ^^ except with Hakufuku, how big is the radius around Momo?

No. It wasnt in the show, from what i recall. It was in a movie, and momo was RIGHT by the person she used it on. So, the range would probably be a few inches, and the radius was probably about 7 feet.

Actually Hayami, it was in the anime - episode 47 to be exact, right at the start, and I'll go with your range of a few inches, with a radius of 7 feet - meaning Momo has to be close to the person to muddle their consciousness, and the destruction extends for 7 feet. With these changes it is approved ^^
