Released Zanpakuto Description: Allows Yangu to enter shadows(including his own) and exit from any shadow within a 300 meter radius . while inside the shadows his reiatsu is masked. this ability lasts for as long as the shikai is active and becomes active as soon as it's released

History and RP SampleHistory: Yangu lived in rukongai for many years with his elder brother Kaji and younger sister Kiri. their lifestyle wasn't the best. Food was scarce and Kaji and Yangu often went without food so their sister could eat. eventually they turned to stealing what the needed. Kaji was the first to try it, he did alright but was caught often, barley escaping half the time. Yangu on the other hand was like a shadow he never got caught even when it looked like the shop-keep had seen him.
Eventually Kaji realized that this wasn't a life he wanted for his family, so he enrolled himself and his siblings in the shinigami academy years went by, and finally they had graduated, Kaji and Kiri at an average level, Yangu doing just enough to pass. afterwards, kaji and kiri were put into the 3rd and 5th squads respectively, yangu was placed in the thirteenth squad, as their fifth seat where he did very little, one day his captain asked him to train for shikai as he was the only officer in the top five without one. out of respect he did as he was asked and trained for many years before finally achieving shikai, once he mastered it, he showed his captain, who naturally told the other captains in mild small talk. less than a week later he was transferred to the second squad as their fourth seat. He was quite content in the 2nd squad even if he got it rough for being lazy. things went well for several more years after that. then one day his brother and his sister disappeared he knew the higher ups knew why but they weren't saying. he still doesn't know what happened to them, or even if their alive still.
RP Sample: It was a sunny afternoon in seireitei, and yangu was napping in the shade of a tall oak tree. He seemed content to just sit there all day, despite he had work that needed doing. He awoke to a voice that said
"If you have time to sleep you have time to work now get to it" accompanying that voice was a sharp kick in the ribs. He instantly rolled over and kneel-ed in front of his captain,
"My apologies captain i'll get right to it". He said as he left to follow the man he was ordered to keep an eye on, in truth the man had been sitting on a bench not 100 yards away, and had he moved yangu would have known it, but there is no arguing with captain soifon when she is angry. So off he went to find a different place to "observe" the man.
