Old VS New (Dellapero)

The endless desert of white sand and black starry sky seemed to never change. Raphael stood in a clearing far from Los Noches, which sat still in the background looming over Hueco Mundo even from far away. Raphael’s cold expressionless face was fixated on the moon, it had been a long time since he had left Hueco Mundo and he was sure his presence there was going to set off a few alarms, now all he had to do was patiently wait for his opponent to arrive on the battle field.

Raphael concealed his spiritual pressure well and for the moment he gave of the feeling of being a low level espada but if anyone were to approach him and notice the clothes he was wearing, they would know who they were going up against.

Approximantly five feet east of the Ex Espada, a darkred line formed in the air and quickly split open a garganta in less then a second. The garganta was also a red color unlike the normal black garganta. A tan-skined black-haired man walked out of the rip in dimensions and looked calmly at the man in the area. The garganta closed instantly behind him and he paid careful notice to the spiritual pressures of the person near him. He was the primera espada Zane Hataro. Zane wore black pants, a black leather jacket, and had a long glove-like material covering his entire right arm. His power in truth surpassed that of a cero, but due to the fact he always had his true strength sealed it was thought he was equivilant to a primera.

Zane looked at the man and could tell he was a Ex espada and judhing from the man;s power he was likely the Ex cero or Ex Primera. He opened his mouth and spoke in a calm, almost emotionless tone. ""Who are you and why are you here...Ex espada.... He wanted to know the reason for the arrancar's presence and if not a good enough reason, would have no choice, but to murder the being.

Raphael calmly looked to the ground with a smirk, his opponent was on par with the current cero espada so it seemed that a confrontation would not be a complete waist of Raphael’s power. “you speak as if you can do something about me being here. You act as if I’m going to do something to harm you….ease up a bit and prepare yourself.” these words were very uncharacteristic of Raphael it was as if he was looking forward to the fight rather than keeping out of one.

The smirk faded from Raphael’s face as he turned his head to face the espada and pulled his hood down revealing his light blonde hair and tan skin and purple eyes, he then reached down and pulled out a small rod which he placed his thumb near the center and in an instant the rod took the form of Raphael’s sword.

Dellapero looked at the arrancar draw his weapon and watched carefully. This wasn't going to be an easy match, it was clear about that. He slowly moved his hand down to the hilt of his zanpakto and drawed ot out from it's sheath. The blade was three feet long and shaped like a normal sealed zanpakto. The hilt was a black color and there was small spikes at the top of the hilt made of the same material a mask fragment is made of.

Dellapero waited for the opponent to strike first. He expected a sonido and then a quick attack from behind him, but the chance of a basic frontal assault were still likely, so he kept his full guard up.

Raphael smiled his opponent was serious, this showed Raphael that he could go all out if the need be but for now Raphael would test the espada and try to pick up on any weaknesses. Raising his hand Raphael formed a cero in his hand and fired it, immediately after he Sonído’d to the left of the espada leaving an after image in his place, he then ran his hand through the air causing a line of energy to be drawn in the air, which shattered into extremely sharp shards and fired at the espada from his side.

Raphael was hoping the espada was paying attention and that this fight would last long enough for Raphael to enjoy himself. It was odd that Raphael was actually looking forward to the fight and it was only a matter of time before he decided to let his true personality shine.

Dellapero watched as the cero was fired and sensed a change in spiritual pressure. The appearance was still with the cero, but he sensed it reappear to his side. Once the two attacks were inchs away from contact, Dellapero vanished in a instant useing his mastered sonido. 0.4 seconds later he reappeared two feet behind the ex cero espada. He quickly swung his blade diagnoley at the man's head and neck area. Dellapero wanted to learn the man's techniques so he could find a way to counter accurately. For now he was just focusing on evasive manuver and blade assaults.

Raphael was running on pure instinct and as he noticed the espada vanish he quickly picked up on the pressure and ducked immediately dodging the sword swing just barely, as Raphael ducked he turned his body around aimed his right hand at the espada and fired a bala before kicking off the ground launching him into the air doing a back flip.
as Raphael came back down he fired another two bala's before finally landing on the ground.

Dellapero moved his left hand to block the bala and watched as the Ex cero espada jumped into the air while firing two more bala at him. Dellapero's hand was slightly bruised from the last bala, but didn't do to mmuch damage since bala was fast, but weak. He quickly reaced to the other two bala and side-steped the first while swinging his zanpakto to block the second. Through all of this he kept the same expression and calm state of mind.

Raphael watched the espada with a smile on his face, this was turning out to be quite the bout and yet not much had happened yet. Lifting his right hand up a small portal appeared in front of it and as it did Raphael threw a punch at it which caused his hand to go into the portal and within milliseconds an portal opened near the espada’s head and Raphael’s fist came out the other end in an attempt to punch the espada in the side of the face. After that Raphael retracted his hand and smirked at the espada waiting for him to make a move.

Dellapero hadn't expected such an ability and this was off guard and hit directly. It hurt abit, but he could easily shrug it off. He focused and decided it was time he toke the offencive. Dellapero dashed forward toward the man he was fighting and thought of the abilities shwon so far. Long-range combat wasn't going to work well if that last technique could be used with ceros and larger strikes to. His senses were up and he was prepared for a counter after he attacked. Dellapero moved his zanpakto to his side as if to just run and try and cut the enemy in the gut. Once there was five feet of distence, Zane vanished useing sonido, but inlike what someone would nomally do, he just reappeared nine feet forwrad instead od behind or beside his enemy. At his new distence, Zane swung his zanpakto verticly at the man's chest area without hesitation.

After Raphael’s attack he was eagerly awaiting the offensive capabilities of his opponent. As the espada darted forward Raphael was expecting the usual appearance from behind but knew his opponent was smarter than that, but the slash came quick and Raphael barely Sonído’d out of the way, to the espada it seemed he had landed a critical blow but the image of Raphael slowly faded from view and Raphael was now standing 30 feet in front of his opponent with the front of his shirt cut open. “your going to have to try harder than that espada….otherwise this fight wont last long.”

Raphael then held his hand up towards the espada and fired four bala’s at his opponent and then ran his finger through the air again causing the line of energy to be drawn then shatter and then the shards fired off right behind the bala’s.

Dellapero waited as the clone faded away. He turned to face the man's new location and saw four bala as well as a collection of shards come at him. Dellapero moved his left-hand forward and waited a few second. Once the attacks were les then two feet away a red garganta opened infront of him in less then a second and devoured the blasts, no less then a second later another garganta appeared to the right of his opponent and shot out the attacks it had devoured. While the second garganta was firing teh shots, the first closed instantly and after the second fired all the attacks it would close as well.

Raphael let a sinister smirk creep on to his face and as the second Garganta opened up and portal opened in front of the blasts and pulled them all in, just like earlier a portal opened up next to the espada and the blasts all came out, it was almost like Raphael was taunting the espada by using his own technique against him.
Raphael then dashed to the side still thirty feet from his opponent and swung his sword, as he did so a blade thin wave shot across the air at almost the same speed as a bala. Raphael was going to overwhelm his opponent if he needed to.

Dellapero sensed them appear near him and this time was prepared. He vanished in a flash letting the blasts hit the ground and reappeared eight feet to the left. When the wave of energy came at him, he held his hands forward and a wall of seki seki appeared infront of him to block the attack. Seki Seki was very resistent gaainst attacks such as that which is why he choose that as a material. Once the attack was finished, Dellapero jumped on top of the ten feet tall wall and looked at the ex cero espada. He moved his hand forward and charged a cero in his hand. He wanted to see his opponent's reaction before he fired/

*impressive* Raphael thought as he saw his opponent dodge the attacks with ease. As the espada jumped on top of the wall Raphael stood still and looked at it with no intention of moving, instead he lifted his right hand and began to form his own cero. Raphael kindly invited his opponent to make their move. As Raphael charged his cero he began to raise his spiritual pressure just a bit, just so his opponent would get the hint that he was not going to back down and also as a sign to show he was actually toying with the espada, Raphael was still looking for a reason to get serious.

Dellapero focused some more power into his cero making it turn a dark red color. He then shot off a powerful red cero from his hand straight at his opponent.. This cero had a high amount of power, almost ttwice that of a normal one. Dellapero's spiritual pressure also started to rise slightly as a sign he was as serious as his opponent.

As the cero fired from the espada raced toward Raphael he knew he had put more than enough power behind it and as the two cero’s collided a massive explosion rocked the battle area and kicked up a large cloud of sand, through the sand Raphael lifted his hand towards the espada and fired another four bala’s at the espada and then waited to see how his opponent would react to the attack through the cover of the sand.

Dellapero was blinded by the sand filling the air and thought this would be a good chance for his opponent to attack. Quickly executing evasive manuvers, he jumped backwards back behind the wall of seki seki until the sand in the air subsided giving the sense of sight back. Dellapero used this time to focus his energy and regain the small amount of energy he lost in the past cero clash.

Raphael let out a small sigh as the sand cleared, there was just one thing that stood before him and he knew that his opponent had once again took shelter behind the seki seki wall. With a small snort Raphael threw his hand forward and fired a cero wave at the wall, after he used his Sonído to appear to the left of his opponent and then leaving an after image Raphael appeared in the air and fired a bala at his opponent, this bala however had some strength behind it, Raphael was hoping that the bala would at least cause his opponent to move away from the wall.

Dellapero waited as the cero came toward him and sensed the spiritual pressure move up into the air. This was an openig he wanted. Della[erp waited for the cero and bala and vanished just as they were about ti hit casing an explosion where he once was potentially making the illusion that he was hit. In a second, he appeared five feet above the ex cero espada with both fists pointed down at him. Dellapero fired a bala from each fist that fused together into one large bala three times the power of a basic.

Raphael wasn’t the type to wait and asses the damage, he had been around far to many battles to know that waiting to see the out come of an attack was pointless and costly. And just as Raphael had predicted, he Sonído’d to the ground level far from the wall and looked up to see his opponent hit Raphael’s after image with a rather strong bala. “impressive espada. Your tactics are well thought out but you face an opponent that has been around for far to long to know the battle strategies of even the most feared fighters.”

Raphael smirked and moved his finger through the air and once again a line of energy formed, it then shattered and the shards shot at the espada, Raphael then brought his arm back and threw it forward firing a wave of cero that traveled right behind the shards.

Dellapero should have espected as much from the former cero espada. He flatened his hands out and charged two ceros as the attacks came closer to him. Dellapero still had his arms together so the two spheres of charged energy fused into one larger ball that would fire a stronger cero. He charged more energy trying to get as much as possible before shooting. Lastly, he unleashed the charged energy in one massiv cero at the shards and cero waves.

Raphael looked on at his opponents actions in amazement, he was quite good for an espada and seemed to have an answer for just about everything Raphael was throwing at him. When the cero waves collided, of course the espada’s over took Raphael’s but not by much, the ensuing explosion sent Raphael flying backwards until he finally leaned back enough to place his hand on the floor and push up causing him to do a back flip, he then landed on his feet and looked at the espada with a smile on his face.

Raphael’s clothes seemed to be tattered and his cloak was as good as gone, he had also sustained a few miner scorch marks from the explosion but it was nothing to Raphael. Within a second a portal opened in front of Raphael and he place his hand inside, another portal opened up in front of the espada’s stomach and as Raphael’s hand came out the other end he fired four bala’s at the espada.

Dellapero looked at the damage he had inflicted to the man. It appeared as if he didn't even need to break the seal for this. Then again, it toke the captain commander to force him into that last time. He hadn't expected the next attack and was directly struck by all four balas. Dellapero was sent back a few feet farther back with part of his jacket torn apart from the blast. There was also a few burn marks along his stomache and chest. This was a good fight, but he needed to end it. "Not bad....Not bad at all...But, now is the time I end this...What you are about to see has only been seen by five people. As a ex espada I think you desearve to see it....I also suggest you use your ressurection soon or you might die...... said Dellapero in a calm tone.

Dellapero moved his left jamd over the material on his right arm. He slowly descended down to the sand with the burns still hurting abit. He grabed the material and slowly started to pull it off his arm. As the skin was slowly showing many scars that were made from third degree burns could be seen. A red garganta instantly appeared behind him as he finally finished pulling off the glove and threw it in the portal before it closed. Three seconds later a black reiatsu started to cover his entire body. Every second it grew larger and moved faster for ten seconds then burst up in a giant wave of reiatsu sending waves of wind in every direction. The sand sank beneath him from the high amonts of energy being unleashed. Dellapero moved his zanpakto upward and the reiatsu collected in the spikes along the hilt turning them black. Dellapero's spiritual pressure had highly increased from what it was before reaching extreme levels. He walked out of the dune his power created and looked at the ex cero espada. Dellapero spoke once more and looked the arrancar in the eye. 'This is my true power.....With it I plan on killing grimmjow and taking over the Espada to restore it to it's former glory. .

This was it, the moment that Raphael had been waiting for. In a brilliant display of power it seemed that the espada was ready to show his true strength, Raphael smiled knowing he could now use his full strength on the espada and know that he wasn’t wasting his time. Raphael began to applaud the espada once he reached his full strength “you are indeed powerful. I’m glad you chose to use your resurrection.” Raphael stopped applauding and looked the espada in the eyes “I guess your lucky that I’m willing to show you my release. No one has seen it in a long time.”

Raphael then took his sword and placed it in the sand before him and then placed his right palm to the tip of the handle. Suddenly an eruption of spiritual energy filled the area causing the ground beneath Raphael to crack and break apart, his energy skyrocketed and a thick inferno of purple reatsu circled Raphael. Once the flames began to disperse there stood Raphael in all his glory, he looked at the espada once and grinned showing his razor sharp fangs, he then let out a loud roar the was accompanied by a sonic boom and another eruption of spiritual energy. Raphael had been reduced to the lethal and blood thirsty demon he once was and eagerly awaited the move of the espada.
