Bordem at Korosu (Open)

Tomix was lying his bed, under the covers. He had just woken up from a sleep because of his self-infliccted injuries. he got up, and pulled out a book. He began to write into it, wondering if anyone would come to see him. Propberly not, since he suspected the others didn't like him very much...

Okashii walked through the halls of the Kurosu base. Apparently there had been a meeting for all the members, but nobody had seen fit to inform him and so he had missed whatever important things were said. Whatever, it wasn't like he couldn't just ask somebody. However, he was the 'new guy' in the base and people were steering clear of him mostly - he felt like an outcast of sorts.

Stopping at the door of a room that he thought was his own (he had had to speak to Sairento to get a key because he gave them out at the meeting, how annoying!) he pushed it open and had walked two steps in when he saw that it was not his room. A person sat on an unmade bed and was writing in a book. Okashii brought his hand up to scratch the back of his head sheepishly.

"Oops, sorry 'bout this - thought it was my room. I'm Okashii Hansamu and I just got here so I'm not that familiar with the layout yet."

Ish, who had been laying around as usual, decided to go visit some of the other members of Kurosu. After all, most of them hadn't met before the first meeting, and as a group they would be weak if they didn't know each other. He decided to stop by Tomix's room first, since he seemed to be one of the less comfortable members. On the way, he realized with a slight bit of irritation that Sairento should have already done this, but that didn't really matter.

When he got to Tomix's room he discovered that the door was already open, and that Okashii was standing in the doorway. Okashii was another member that Ish suspected to not feel comfortable around the other members, which he could understand since he was a Vizard like Ish. When he hear Okashii say that he wasn't familiar with the base, he smiled. Well, it looks like you picked a good time to learn. Ish leaned past Okashii, smiling and waving at Tomix. Hey, I was actually wondering if I could get both of your help with something. Anyone who was looking at him could practically see the wheels turning in his head.

Tomix looked up when another member walked in.
"Hi Okashii. I'm Tomix. And I guess you're lost because you missed the meeting. Trsut me, I only found out at the last minute, and I was late. I almost walked into the leaders room this morning." He laughed.
His eyes shot to the door when another member, Ish, walked in.
"Hiya. And what do you need help with?" Tomix said with a hint of suspicion.

Okashii laughed at Tomix almost walking into the leader's room - it would have been hilarious if he actually did it. He turned around when somebody else came through the door and saw his combat specialist leader, the vizard Ishpaleum. He didn't know him very well, but he did recognise him as being higher ranked than him - not that he cared.

"Yo sir! Yeah, well better late than never I guess."

He smiled boyishly with a large grin. When he said that he needed him and Tomix to help him with something he knew straight away that he was making it up as he went along - Okashii may appear stupid because of his impulsiveness, but he was far from it. And seriously, what were the chances that he would happen to see the two people that he needed to help him with some task in the same place? It was a bit... convenient. But then again, Okashii didn't really care about this and just smiled again. He loved smiling.

"Sure thing, what'cha need help with?"

Ish smiled, placing a hand on the back of his neck as he spoke. Well, I have noticed that many members of Kurosu don't know each other very well. This isn't good because it makes us slightly distrustful of each other, and makes it very near impossible to create an organized plan. Basically, it drags our efficiency down. So I was wondering if you might like to help me set up a little party for the members, so that we can get to know each other. I'm not much for parties myself, but I figure with a little help we could make one heck of a bash. At the word party Ish shuddered a little inside, remembering past experiences where he had gotten drunk. Poor Atlantis....

Tomix listened to Ish's plan.
"A party...hmm." He said with as serious look on his face.
"I LOVE PARTIES!"
Tomix was practically bouncing on his bed.
"So, what would I need to do?"

Well, for one I need to have the other members informed. We also need to get drinks, food, and entertainment. Ish smiled at Tomix, noting his enthusiasm with no small amount of amusement. I suppose you can handle whatever part of that you would like.

"Would it be okay...would it be okay if I invited someone who wasn't in the grup? She's a Shinigami and I wondered if she could come?"
TOmix's ears turned slightly red.

Ish smiled with great amusement. Oh? Does Tomix have a girl? He considered it for a moment. Tell me her name and I'll let you know if she can come. Some of the Shinigami are quite dangerous, and could cause us a lot of trouble after all. Plus I'm kinda curious...

Tomix's face flushed red.
"N-no. We're just friends. Her name is Yuki, and she's the captain of the 10th squad. She's won't attack us, she's a very good friend."
Ish's comment did make Tomix think though...what if they were dating... Tomix's face flushed red again.
"S-so is okay if she comes to the party?

Ish smiled at the name, remembering the young captain that he had met at the park. I believe that will be fine. Koori Yuki is someone that I personally trust. Ish winked at Tomix. And from what I can tell, she's quite a catch! If you two aren't dating, I'd ask her out soon! Returning to a slightly more business-like manner, he made a list of the members, placing a dash next to each name. I suppose we'll divide up what we need, and let people decide what to bring.

Tomix started flapping has hands, waving them up and down. His face was turning red.
"W-W-We're not dating!" He said defiantly.
His face returned to it's pale colour when they changed the subject.
"Well, i got some money. I can go out an get the refreshments and food if you like?"

Ish smiled, surpressing a laugh as best he could. It was not going well. Didn't say you were! I was just saying that she looks to be a fine catch, and if you were to date her well.. a party isn't a bad first date. Ish placed food and drink next to Tomix's name, then reached into his pocket, pulling out a small gold bar. Supplies are on me this time, I just need you to go pick 'em out and get 'em here. He then turned to Okashii. How about you?

Tomix turned a bit red again.
"m-maybe you're right."
He opened a garganta.
"I'll go get the supplies now!"
He stepped inside.
EXIT

A party... He could hardly keep the smile off his face when he thought of a party. To say that he loved them would the understatement of the century - in fact he thrived on the party scene! It was good to see that he wasn't the only one who loved them either, when Tomix all but exploded at the idea. Okashii like to think he had more restraint then that, but inside he was acting the exact same way.

"I'll do whatever needs to be done! This party is sure to be a success with me there!" Already ideas of a great night were coming into his head, but he was jolted out of his thoughts by Tomix asking if he could bring someone. His ever present smile turned into a teasing, mischevous one.

"Tomix, quite the charmer! Must be a lucky lady."

He listened to Ish's subtle teasing, feeling like laughing at any moment, but restraining himself. However, he felt the smile almost slip off when he heard the name and rank of the shinigami he wanted to bring, but kept it forced on.

Yuki... That captain Karel said she was the 10th division captain now - is it possible that it's the same person? Turns out yes it was possible when Ishpaleum encouraged the ex-espada to ask out the shinigami Koori Yuki. It was the same person, and Okashii felt all his good mood about the party slip away as though it hadn't even been there. When he heard Tomix saying adamently that they weren't dating he couldn't help a thought slip across his mind. Yeah, you better not you bastard. He looked at Ish as he asked what about him.

"Oh, ah, yeah I'll do entertainment if you want. I used to be the King of parties, so I'm pretty sure I can safely handle the entertainment." He flashed his superior a bright smile, though it lacked its usual intensity.

Ish smiled, placing entertainment next to his name. Well, with the two of you one it I'm certain that this is going to be a fantastic party. After Tomix left, Ish turned around, looking directly at Okashii. I'm surprised you didn't say anything when I said she could come. He had a knowing look in his eye, and his smile had faded. Is Yuki's presence going to cause a problem?

Okashii returned the look Ish gave him, not breaking eye contact at all. It was on rare occassions that he was serious, but when he was there was not even a flicker of his normal playful self. He was surprised that Ish seemed to realise that there could possibly be a problem, and he wondered why the other vizard would be surprised that he didn't say any thing. Just what did he know about the situation?

"Yuki can come - I have absolutely no problem with her coming. In fact it's great that she's coming." It's just not great that she would be coming with someone else. That was what he thought at the end of his sentence, but he didn't verbalise it.

Ish nodded, his smile returning as quickly as it had gone. Good, just so long as it isn't a problem. I know a little about your history, and wanted to make sure that you were ok with her coming. I think it'll be a nice reunion, assuming you don't end up killing each other. He took on a slightly more contemplative look. You know, I have been wondering, what led you to betray the Soul Society and her?

Thankfully the air of seriousness left the room and Okashii relaxed - though he was extremely surprised by Ish's words. So much so that he was almost speechless - almost because Okashii was never rendered speechless.

"It would be a nice reunion - I haven't seen her in ages." A dark look briefly passed his face before disappearing as quickly as it had come.

"Though I don't know why you're under the impression that we'd kill each other; I'd never hurt Yuki deliberately."

He looked on as Ish turned thoughtful, as though mulling something over before speaking again. His words were shocking, and they cut deeply into his soul. Where was this guy getting his information from? Wherever it was the informant needed to learn a few facts.

"I didn't betray Soul Society, and I would never in a billion years betray Yuki. What gave you that idea?"

Ish nodded, having some of his suspicions confirmed. Thought so. I'm guessing that you didn't tell her when you escaped your captors. I got my information from Yuki, who thought that you betrayed them when you left. I'd really clear that up... so tell me, what happened to you? How did you end up a Vizard? Were you captured, or did you simply find something more interesting to do for a while? Ish had suspicions about what had happened to him, but he didn't want to say too much and have to clean up another mess. After all, the Facility hasn't been active for over a thousand years.

Yuki was the one that told him all this? It hurt that she could even think that something like this could even be true - but then he wasn't there to say it wasn't true.

"Well, it was pretty early in the morning and still dark when I was going... when I was taking a walk and next thing I know I wake up in some facility in a lot of pain, and find out that it's years later and I'm a freaking vizard! Vizard's are illegal by shinigami standards and so I knew I couldn't go back there so I went and found the warehouse - and then eventually Kurosu, and yeah. That's the much, much shorter version of events, but you get the picture." He left out the part that when he escaped the facility he had left no one alive - he wanted to ignore that sadistic, evil side of him in case it ever took over again.

A garganta opened again. Tomix stepped out, his arms laden with bags. In these bags were all kinds of things. Potato chips, soft drinks, health drinks, doughnuts, bread, and all other kinds of food and drinks.
"I'm back guys!" He said with a big smile. He had speant the whole time there thinking.
Maybe I should ask Yuki out...

Ish nodded at Okashii and, seeing as Tomix had come back with supplies, decided to leave it at that for now. We can continue this later, if you like. Turning to Tomix with his normal grin on his face, he grabbed a couple of the bags, heading for a table. Good job, didn't think you would be so quick. So, did you ask your lady friend to come? He kept an eye on Okashii as he said this, looking for a response. If she comes, this party will most certainly be interesting.

"Well, not yet, I haven't seen her, but next time I see her, I'll ask her if she wants to come."
He looked at Okashii and Ish.
"Does this look like enough food for the party?"
He remembered the look that passed over Okashii's face when he mentioned Yuki...
