Under the Sphinx{Tag: Kyouga}

"No, I've been here the whole time." Kyouga said calmly as he rose out of the shadow of the sphinx, literally. "I was merely testing your patience, Kensei. However, you have now seen one of my passive abilities." Kyouga said as he fully manifested and smiled at him. "Shall we begin?" Kyouga asked as darkness came out of his right hand, and turned into his large demonic claymore once he grabbed the hilt. To be precise, it rivaled Zangetsu's hight in shikai. Regardless, he waited to see if Kensei was ready.

"Not as much as Tachikaze. Especially since it throws transparrent blades. In some ways, you're a better combat expert than I am." Kyouga said calmly as a wave of black rose petals attempted to strike Kensei across the back. He had already started the fight, and he started with something that could catch Kensei off-guard. Kyouga smiled like a fox as the battle started, glad that he was fighting someone challenging besides an Espada.

It an attept to defend himself, Kyouga blocked the attack from behind him with Necronia. Kyouga also turned around to face Kensei. He knew that Kensei had a lot of skill, but Kyouga usually held back a lot of his power. Regardless, he wasn't ready to go into Ressurrecion just yet. He was going to wait until Kensei went into Bankai or Hollowfied. If Kyouga's block worked, he would counter by piercing his opponent with the fingers in his left hand that turned into individual blades. All the same, Kyouga held a very wide grin.

"You have no idea..." Kyouga muttered with a smile as he executed his special sonido, causing a copy to appear where Kyouga was. However, Kyouga was actually behind Kensei as he extended the blade-like fingers towards Kensei's body in an attempt to pierce his body. He knew that Kensei would dodge it, but he wanted to show him the truth of his Humanculi Arm. He also was aware that he wouldn't be able to work with much in this form.

Kyouga smiled a wider at Kensei as he stepped backwards to avoid the attack. "Kensei, that won't stop my fingers..." Kyouga responded calmly as the blades continued to rush towards Kensei's body. However, the longer his fingers got, the more likely he would be able to lose his balance. Kyouga was risking himself either way, and he knew that Ressurrecion would be necessary now.

Kyouga quickly retracted the blades, almost instantly returning to normal size. Kyouga also quickly stepped to the side. "Show them your smile, Lucifer~" Kyouga chanted, releasing his Ressurrecion. Kyouga was now wearing a coat, and he had wings that enabled him flight. In fact, Kyouga was flying in midair right now. "Great Kensei, now I'm serious." he said with a smile as he attempted to cause darkness to erupt from a seal that was appearing beneath Kensei's feet. If this darkness touched Kensei, he would be temporarily paralized.

"You're right Kensei." Kyouga said camly as he summoned his bow with the glove on his right hand. Kyouga then attempted to shoot Kensei with a barrage of his Cero Arrows at Kensei. These same arrows each had the strength of a Gran rey Cero. "Don't die on me, Kensei~" Kyouga said teasingly to Kensei.

Kyouga quickly shot a Cero Arrow at the incoming energy attack, canceling each other out. "Nice one~ What else can you do?" Kyouga asked ikn an impressed tone. Kyouga wondered how long that Kensei could hold that form, but he knew that it was likely less than fifteen minutes.

Kyouga dodged the transparent blades, but he was cut along the waist and his forearm. This made Kyouga angry, and he created a giant sphere of darkness as he held his left hand above his head. Kyouga then sonidoed behind Kensei, and threw the giant mass of darkness at Kensei. This attack was quite powerful, and would cause some serious damage to Kensei if it wasn't avoided.

Kyouga was effectively hit in the left leg and back, causing him to be paralized from the shoulders down. Kyouga was forced to revert back to his sealed state as he crashed into the ground, creating a small crater. Kyouga wouldn't be able to move until Kensei removed the blades. Yet, Kyouga was lucky just to be alive from Kensei's attacks. However, Kyouga didn't want to go into his Segunda Ressurrecion because it wasn't worth it at all. Besides, he thought that Kensei deserved to win fair and square.

"Yes, I'm done. It was a great honor to spar with you Kensei-San!" Kyouga said happily as he offered a handshake. He didn't to feel like going all out today, and he just wanted to make a friend. Kensei was a pretty fun guy when you got to know him, especially when it came to the fact that warriors speak with their fists. In any case, Kyouga hoped that they both could become close friends after this.

"Thank you, Kensei-San. Likewise." Kyouga said in a polite manner as he beamed at Kensei. "To be honest, if we were to fight any further I would have to go into my Segunda Ressurrecion, and it would turn into a 'life or death' fight." Kyouga added rather honestly to Kensei. "Is it possible for us to be friends, Kensei?" Kyouga asked politely in a friendly manner.
