"Hello Stranger"

Shimizu is not a extremely social individual; she tends to spend most of her time in the confinds of her office library. However, this fact does not mean that she does not get out every once in awhile. At times, she walks out of her office and actually runs into shinigami that she is not familiar with. Normally, one would introduce oneself to the person to be polite and give a certain feeling to that person that they are treated as a 'someone', But SHimizu treats most strangers as if they were a 'nobody'. SHe has no mercy or generosity savored for others in the pit of her soul; her agressive and adamant nature does not allow such flowery character traits to grow within her. this gives her a reputation of being a very intimidating, fearsome, and slightely crazy Captain. SHimizu does not take offence to this reputation though, but she beleives that the ones whom manufactured such titles for her are living in fear and in weakness. she beleives these things about strangers for the reason that she hardly speaks to the people in soul society that she crosses (for the reason that she thinks that she does not quite trust anyone truly), and people whom jump to create a name or reputation for her are cowards because they do not confront her to actually find out if she may actually be fearsome or crazy. She thinks if you actually get to know her by showing that you are a trustworthy and honest person, that you diserve to become friends with her.

Shimizu has a secret that she tends to keep from everyone else, one that she keeps because she expresses a hidden soft personality. Shimizu had always traveled to the rukongai districts in order to provide an aid to the ones whom are living in harsh conditions. she does not do this to convince others that she is capable of expresing genorosity, but rather to convince herself that her heart is not always bent on frustration and apathy. she also realizes that the civilians of rukongai are the only people that she truely 'loves' at the moment. she grew up in the slums and than trained in the academy, leaving her home, but she had never forgotten it. after rising in the ranks of the 7th division, she made daily trips to Rukongai and did as much as she could to benefit the people. to do so, she would complete all her Captain duties early so that she may have slight free time to take part in this hidden charity that she calls, 'love'.

"LADIES, you will call me Captain and Captain only!"

Most Captains provide a soft, easy welcoming into their division. they tend to provide training for them that is confortable for them and it progressively gets harder as the newcomer becomes stronger at heart and in body. However, this compassion that has exhisted in the 7th division for as long as history can tell came to an abrupt halt when shimizu came to the ranks. All her shinigami in her division are well aware of the harsh and intense training sessions, jobs, and lectures that Shimizu takes a certain pride in. the training sessions are backbreaking, causing even the strongest fighters to have streams of sweat flowing from their body. The jobs that she assigns her shinigami are also difficult (for the reason that she makes shinigami read large books -similar to homework-). and, her lectures consist of yelling and some insults. however, when one truly finds the purpose of these tasks they realize that they have a great benefit to their future talent (she explains this to all her shinigami before they enter her squad, assuring them that the path to become a strong shinigami will be a difficult jouney, filled with obstacles and burdens). her physical training sessions allow one to fight in the harshest of conditions in order to strive above their enemy. the books are to help their mind, influence a more impressive intelligence into hersquad so that they may be able to outsmart their enemies and be able to possibly lead in the future. her lectures, ironically, actually have the purpose to encourage a strong will and mind withing the shinigami. when a shinigami finally fights back at her cruel lectures, she only smiles and tells them that they are growing and they will eventualy impress everyone around them because of their improval.

Shimizu, when she is not spending her free time in rukongai, tends to hide in her office doing research through reading and physical training ALONE! she finds a certain peace that she has never yet found when she is accompanied by others. she also finds a stronger benefit from training alone rather than training with others. she will still help others train, but in order to improve her own skill, she trains on her own. Also, her studies have a direct influence on her battling. she has books stacked on behemothe like shelves with knowledge of arrancar, hollow, quincy, vizards, and other races that she plans to use when she is finally comfronted by one. she finds a certain pride in this as well.

In terms of sexuality, SHimizu is bisexual. she does not, at any circumstance, reveal this. she takes a certain shame in romantic activity, thinking that it plants a seed of weakness in your soul that may grow and cause you to loose everything that you have worked for. Also, she tries to rip such romantic ideals out of her mind, empting what she beleives is 'useless space' in her mind. However, she does fall victim to romance every once inawhile. deep inside (and i mean really deep inside) her heart, she has the romantic beleifs of a teenage girl whom wants to explore to reaches of love. Even though she avoids it as much as possible, she still knows that she desires a bond with someone, someone whom truly understands her, truly appreciates what she is doing and why she does it.

Zanpakuto Name: Hounetsu

Zanpakuto Looks:

her sealed zanpakuto is a rusty black katana, one that has seemed to have suffered from the curse of aging. her zampaktou spirit looks somewhat similar. it too gives of the appearance of suffering from time. Hounetsu is a very creepy creature. with the appearance of a zombie, he has one half of his face with flesh on it while the other is only bone. his skin pigment is a dark brown color, but some parts of him are green do to what seems like an infection. he wears a black torn up cloak and is completely bald. however, despite this horrific appearance, Hounetsu is very kind and sweet, giving compliments to Mushy when they speak with each other.


Released Zanpakuto Description:

shimizu's shikai has two main passive abilities that make it feared amongst other shikai's. First, Shimizu gains the ability to manipulate earth in a sence to dissolve it to dust like particles. The dissolve is pretty much universal to all sediment and solid (ommiting the blade of the enemy of course). The direction of the dust can than be manipulated and can create condensed dust walls to spikes of condensed dust shooting upwards from beneath their target. The movement and the condensing of the dust can range to a very broad stratiegic level. Second, Shimizu has the ability to increase the nuetral radioactive level in sediment and solids to a higher and more feared level. the radiation gives off a deep red color as it serves as an aura around the dust (the dust sediment's nuetral radiation increases do to the zampaktou's innate ability). Also, it raises the radioactive level of the ground around Shimizu and his opponent as the radiation and heat attack the opponent almost descretely. the heat of this radiation is approximetely 250 degrees and the radiation itself can fatigue and even get the enemy ill just by fighting mushy in his shikai for too long.

5-7posts: the opponent gains no sideaffects from the radiation, but will feel the radiations heat and may begin to sweat and get minor fatigue.
8-10posts: The opponent becomes fatigued and begins to feel the radiation sickness building up from within.
11-13posts: The opponent feels ill and very fatigued, possible bleeding out the mouth as their physical characteristics weaken drastically do to the sickness.
14-so on: The opponent begins to expierce major radiation poisoning and becomes very ill and greatly fatigued. medical care would be required for the opponent to survive, though the opponent may have desease and even cancer that may take awhile to heal even after medical care.

Shikai Techs

• Name: Wide Extinction (shikai)
  Description: This ability utilizes Mushy's ability to increase the radioactiveity level in the any sediment (dust included) or the ground in order to make the radiation level unstable by only a slight amount. the result are many large sized powerful explosions (each being 20 feet in hieght and 25 feet in width) the explosions range from 30 explosions to 50 that cover a large range on the ground. though Mushy must charge for two posts (one being the moment she decides to use it, second being the next post.)
  Downside: the charge time restricts his movements completely.
  
  
• Name: Storm of the Foresaken (shikai)
  Description: this ability creates a large radioactive dust tornado that stands extremely tall. the tornado rises from the ground and archs towards the target. avoiding this attack is fairly difficult for those whom dont have either a good speed or a good reaction time because the way the dust spin creates a vacuum that seems to suck the target into the tornado. If inside the tornado, the heat of 550 degrees will burn the target and the dust may actually cause the target to suffer from many minor cuts that also burns them do to the speed at which they are rotating at.
  Downside: again, the suer must stand still to complete this ability and to continue it.
  
  
  
• Name: Hands of the Foresaken (shikai)
  Description: this ability utilizes the ability to shape the dust that Mushy can manipulate to create a massive amount of concentrated radioactive dust arms and hands to shoot at the target with the intention to grab them. the heat of the arms and hands do to the radiation is 100 degrees and can burn the enemy diffenetely. If grabbed, the arms will that crush the target by squizing them, it may break bones from that point.
  Downside: The hands can be slashed through and dispursed if one slashed at an extreme speed. the user must also be standing stil when used this ability.

Bankai Description:
The passive ability for the bankai changes the way of fighting completely. the shikai ability to manipulate the sediment and dissolve earth to dust and manipulate with radioactive aura as a weapon with a long range to somehitng completely based on close hand to hand combat. In Bankai, the user manipulates a layer of dust to serve as another layer of skin on Mushy while the radiation aura is still active. than, the radiation aura on the dust seems to grow thicker and becomes much harder to cut through. the heat of the radiation is still the same as if it were in shikai (250) and Mushy is immune to the heat. though, since the pressure of this armor is so strong, the speed of mushy is cut to a normal Captain level shunpo, but his streangth increases greatly, being able to block ceros with his hands with ease and other Bankai related abilities from his enemy.

The fact should be noted that the passive ability of the shikai that the ground is still highly radioactive is still active, and once in bankai, the increase in radiation is equivilent to a +2 post increase for the affects.




Bankai Looks:
The bankai can only be activated when the blade is broken in two. After that, Mushy will say the release phrase that actually dissolves the sword into dust that becomes a portion of his radioactive dust armor. the bankai appearance is merely a red glowing aura around Mushy that seems to flow with elegance.



History and RP Sample

History:

Human Arc:
Shimizu was born into a wealthy family as a child. her father was a member of England's monarchy in the 1700's, however, her mother was a strong supporter of the new colonization in the new land. this brought numerous arguments to be present in the background of Shimizu, whom was known as Elizabeth. though, the family decided that they would stay in England until the child grew up, than it would be her choice to either go there or stay in her first home. they allowed her to grow up with all the experiences a rich daughter would have. she went to dances, and she met numerous boys whom tried to court her at the young age of 12. she learned to ride horses, learned to read and write in the most elegant of ways. she even was said by her fathers co-workers to have a talent with words, being able to have a certain grasp on the ability to influence. they people around her father had high hopes for her, hoping to get her to stand by them as they restricted the American colonies. this unfortunately, was the last straw for her mother. During the time of the Tea Party, Elizabeth's mother snuck her on a boat and took off towards the colonies. her mother had no more patience for her husband's motives and ideals for the restriction and support for this constant plague that the king had been causing for the colonialists.

THis choice, unfortunately, would lead to Elizabeth's first breath in soul society. after a couple days of travel, Elizabeth found a certain aspect of flowing water that attracted her. every morning she would get up early and pear over the edge of the boat, watching the water flow and crash against the boats robust and powerful form. she began to think of the boat as a strong and brave person whom would express her ideas no matter what obstacles were provided. she personified the boat as a strong women whom expressed her opinion of the colonization and the water as the constant constraints of the monarchy. though, during her imagination, a drunk man had woken at the same time she had. he was stumbling along the boat in hopes to grab something to end his constant stumbling. he found the edge at which Elizabeth was peering over and accidentally bumped into her. tragically, this was enough to send her over the boat and into the water. the boat continued without stopping, the drunk not knowing what he had done. Elizabeth sunk into the waters pf the Atlantic, thinking only of the hopes and dreams of the colonialists. she drowned a couple seconds later. when her mother set out to look for her, she suspected the worst and wept for a year, constant depression, constant sadness. if the king had not been so brutal, her mother may have not had to leave and her daughter would still be with her.

Shinigami Arc:

Elizabeth than opened her eyes in a new world, however the past life she once took great pride in, a past life that she cherished, was no longer a part of her memory. she took her first breath in the slums of rukongai, district 80. she yawned and streached in the slums of the district as she looked at others whom were eyeing her. this is when she expressed her first emotion in soul society, fear. she took unsteady steps back as she had no knowledge of were she was and what was going on. the people whom had spotted her were a group of men in ragged cloths. they looked at her and smiled as they closed in on her. tears ran down her face as she curled up, hoping for a way out of this dreaded place. minutes later, she noticed that nothing had happened. she than found the courage to pear over her arm, looking directly at an old, yes muscular man whom had scared the group of people away. he wore a dark black kimono as his gentle and heart warming face turned toward Elizabeth. he was a shinigami.

Elizabeth spent a couple years in a house that the shinigami sent her to, much closer to the barracks. she lived with the mans family, whom were very old. the old couple took great care of them, however she had no real connection to them. she only had a certain connection to the shinigami, the warrior that saved her life, the one that granted her to find a certain security in this new world. she also adopted the name that the man gave her. the story goes that the shinigami took her to a spring to clean up, naming her after "spring water" do to the fact that it was always clean and pure, which were aspects he saw in her. after that she was always called shimizu. not only did she adopt this name, but she also promised herself that she would fallow in the mans footsteps. she wanted to become a shinigami. while the man was gone, and while he was busy doing missions, Shimizu practiced kido and sword wielding skills in the backyard of the old couples house. this is wear she first learned the joy of a shinigami life.

Soon enough, the man noticed her potential and brought her into the academy. after demonstrating the fact that she had spiritual energy, the Shinigami allowed her to train in the sub categories that she had to master to become a shinigami. Shockingly, Shimizu expressed true talent in Hakuda and minor Hohō . people believed she would be a great candidate for the 2nd division or 11th, however she only had her eyes set on the 7th division, the division that the man whom granted her life was part of. soon after her training, she finally achieved the gift of a zampaktou, which soon took primary focus away from her hakudo training. she still trained in her fast step (which she mastered fairly well) but her zampaktou was the most important now. she wanted to understand it, and become one with it. at this time she was around 300, looking 16 in age. she was beautiful, her pink hair entranced many of the men around soul society, however she convinced herself that romantics were a path to weakness. despite this, she still dedicated most of her time to her zampaktou, and, after another 50 years, she mastered her shikai. though, her shikai was incredibly powerful. the power of her shikai demonstrated true potential and power, and it soon granted her a seat in the 7th division.

At this time, she finally graduated from the academy and focused on reached the acme of the 7th division. though, the tragic truth soon reached her ears that the man whom she held most important in her heart has passed away fighting a mass of hollow. she had seen numerous hallow at this time and slaughtered them, but now she had a even more darkened hate for them. she grieved for a couple years for his death, wandering to his grave and praying for strength to overcome this new burden, the burden that she had to live in this place on her own. after the couple years though, she set out not to grieve, but to impress the man even after his life in soul society. This new goal soon lead her to become harsh, but rational as was as intellectual in order to strive and in order to allow others to fallow the same path. she seeked to reach the Captain rank, so that she may bring glory to his name. again, she began to train continuously, even with the 7th division Captain whom found a certain aspect in her character that showed potential. this soon lead her to be the lieutenant of the 7th division in the next 100 years.

as a lieutenant, she trained daily on her next obstacle, bankai. at this time she truly understood her zampaktou hounetsu and had conversations with it a couple times a week. despite hounetsu's horrific appearance, she loved him. he was gentle and kind, just like the man whom inspired her to become a shinigami. she did not discriminate him for being ugly or scary, but idolized him for being such a generous being. this soon lead to her Bankai training. she fought hounetsu in the primordial plains of her mind. the process took numerous days when she finally was thought to be able to survive the test, and she did pass. after those days, she could finally say that she had mastered her Bankai. After many years of training her new found ability, she was also nominated to be the 7th division Captain. this was after another 100 years of being lieutenant.

Currently, mushy had just been accepted as captain of the 7th division as it was completely vacant. she has been leading the 7thh division for quite sometime and she had succesfully brought glory to the name of that division. she still praises that one man whom granted her this oppertunity to be a powerful shinigami that could make a difference in soul society. she cheerishes this gift and plans to make the best of it. but, despite her goal to bring a certain respect to the 7th division, she has given herself the task to do all she can, no matter how harsh, to make sure that anyone else within the 7th division will be able to strive as high as she had.
