Personality: Saiko is, as his first name implies, a complete psychopath. He works as Kurokon Shikyo's personal assassin and is VERY good at his job and loves it too. Being skilled in over many forms of martial arts, wrestling, boxing and weapons usage, he is very versatile. His superb stealth makes him the worst enemy you could ever make as because he can kill you silently and quickly before you'd even know he was there. He loves killing people and has an obsession with people's blood. Despite being loyal to Kurokon, he always says that one day he would spill his leader's blood and take in it's 'sweet nectar', which he says to everyone he talks to. On top of that, he loves being a jerk and a right bastard, always doing something that would be considered underhanded simply because he could or just doing or saying something so foul it makes him come off as evil. Though, the strange thing is that despite his loyalty to Kurokon, Saiko is more interested in chaos, more specifically 'allowing chaos to reign', meaning if it helped him make sure chaos was in control, he would betray Kurokon. However, he has a tendency to play with his enemies and lengthen out a fight because he either wants to prolong his victim's suffering or because he's enjoying the rush of adrenaline he is experiencing in the fight. Due to his instant Regeneration Factor, he is also known to get cocky in fights, though he always makes sure that his vital points are not hit, like his heart and brain since not even he could survive if he loses either of them. Due to his improved reflexes, he can react to anything pretty much instantly and since he knows this, he likes to fake out his enemies by letting them think they are gonna hit him only to dodge immediately right when their attacks should hit him, all the while making jabs and comments about how slow they are or how shitty their aim is. However, despite as psychotic as he may seem, he does have some morals, or one moral, to be exact. He will NEVER kill any child as because he considers them to be of no challenge and will kill anyone who tries to prey on them. However, he also has a desire and that desire is to kill everyone in the world that has a chance of killing him because he believes if he does that, he'll be the strongest on the planet.

Name: Instant Regeneration
Description: Saiko has a Regeneration Factor that can heal him instantly for things up to lost limbs or lesser organs, though for fatal blows, aside from being decapitated, will take longer for him to heal. Also, if he is decapitated or loses his heart, not even he will survive such a thing.

Name: Increased Speed
Description: Saiko's speed is very impressive for a human, being able to move at a staggering 200 miles per second. Normally, a Human Body would not be able to physically handle moving at such high speeds though since Saiko's body was physically modified to be able to handle such speeds, it doesn't particularly effect him.

Name: Improved Reflexes
Description: Saiko's reflexes have been increased artificially to the point where he can react practically instantly to anything. This, combined with his incredible speed, makes him very hard to hit.

Name: Kyoukan Katana
Description: The Kyoukan Katana, or Assassin Blade, is a special sword that Saiko uses that really makes him very deadly. It's a special sword that has the ability to cancel out things like Absolute Defenses, Hard Hierro or other Defensive and Durability Increases and abilities. Basically, using this sword, Saiko can easily cut, stab and slash through any of his enemies as if they were ordinary human beings.

Name: Reiatsu Stores
Description: Saiko has larger then normal Reiatsu stores but nothing extraordinary, just enough to pull off his moves and abilities at 3-4 times over. This also grants him the ability to see things like Shinigami and Hollows.

Techniques Infomation

Name: Assassin Tornado
Description: Saiko will spin his body around rapidly while pointing his sword outwards to the side. As he does, this, he will expel his reiatsu from his body to create a small tornado around him made of cutting whirlwinds that he can use as both an attack and a defense and the blades can cut through almost anything.

Name: Assassin Leap
Description: Saiko will go full speed and lunge at the enemy. He will then go for a full speed slash with his Kyoukan Katana, sometimes adding a bit more flair to his attack and slashing the enemy after he unsheathes the sword.

Name: Assassin Fip
Description: Saiko mainly uses this as a counter attack from up close. He will backflip over his enemy's strike and as he flips, he will slash at them with his sword.

History and RP Sample

History: Saiko Chibasu is an artificially created Special Human that was made in a lab through Kurokon's direction. He was created to be Kurokon Shikyo's personal assassin and was meant to have no mercy at all. Due to this, Saiko had knowledge and mastery of every form of fighting and weapons usage in existence, making him the perfect fighter and handler of any type of weapon he could get his hands on. However, when he was supposed to be the perfect killing machine, he turned out very strange, always wanting to 'take in the sweet nectar that runs through Kurokon's veins', in other words, spill his blood, though what made it even stranger was that he was completely loyal to Kurokon. Over the years, he would develop a soft spot for children, mostly due to the fact that he was jealous of them that because unlike him, they actually got to be children, where as he was trained to be a cold-blooded killer from day one. However, as the years dragged on and Saiko killed all he was told to, he became more and more skilled, though he vastly grew more psychotic as the time dragged on. After failing a specific assassination mission due to the fact that his enemy's defenses were beyond his capability to pierce through, Kurokon had a special blade forged for him, this blade being a rather straight-bladed katana that could negate and pierce through all forms of Defense and Durability Increases, such as Hard Hierro. Saiko, who was majorly pleased with the gift, showed his gratitude by finding the person he failed to kill last time and this time, cleanly decapitated him and took his head back to Kurokon. He is still employed as Kurokon's assassin but his desire to kill everyone in the world that can be considered a threat to him in order to prove he is the strongest his primary goal now.

RP Sample: "Aww come on, is this all you can do?" mocked the voice of Saiko as he effortlessly dodged a punch from some thug who thought it would be a good idea to mug him. He grinned as he bent backwards to avoid a spinning kick and then responded by jumping upwards and flipping backwards, skillfully driving the back of his left foot into the would-be mugger's chin, hitting him with enough force that he was launched 3 feet upwards before crashing into the ground. "My God are you slow and your aim is shit too. I'm almost not going to enjoy spilling your blood and taking in the sweet nectar, almost" he said as he stared down at the mugger with his mismatched eyes as he gave him a toothy, psychotic grin. His eyes only made the grin more intimidating, what with his left eye being a creepy yellow, pupil slitted cat eye and his left being completely black aside from the small ring of bright blue. "Now then, open wide and say ah" he said sadistically as he grabbed the mugger, forced his mouth open and literally shoved his custom straight-bladed katana down his throat, twisting it as the mugger's throat was sliced up, slowly killing him from the cuts and suffocating at the same time.
