Doesn't look like it. But i suppose it should be made...

Though, i dont see the point in creating Kido... There's lotsa spells already, why make more?

But then again, i suppose it's fun...

I love controdicting myself... lol.

Well for the most part it can be useful for creating techniques that you don't already have, and it can expand the possibilities for roleplaying in general lol.
