Fluctuate,Zangetsu:The entire sword itself of Zangetsu disappears and repels anything that is being focused on Kiyen in a form of telekinesis.This is Kiyen’s primary ability.
Shine,Zangetsu:A crescent blast of raw reiatsu from the tip of the blade.Kiyen has been shown being able to fire off rapid rounds of this attack without getting tired.

Bankai InformationBankai Description: Tengen no Yari(Fallen Moon God)-In Bankai state,Kiyen’s Zanpakuto doesn’t clearly change at all.The sword itself becomes infused with Kiyen giving him access to all of his powers.
Bankai Special Ability:Kiyen’s Bankai essentialy possesses the same exact abilities as his Shikai,but it’s power and speed is greatly amplified to the point where the “Flash Goddess” Yoruichi had difficulties dodging the initial force of the attacks.
-Lunar Absorption and Telekenesis:The aspect of Tengen no Yari is it’s power to control the forces of the moon as well as being able to bend it’s gravity to it’s will.
-Shoku(Eclipse(Phase)):By adopting his reiatsu and firming his stance,Kiyen is able to release a tremendous burst of reiatsu from the incenter of where he is standing in 20 mile radius explosion.This being a combination of his 2 Shikai abilities.
-Shoku:Kidou(Eclipse(Phase)Death Orbit:This technique relies merely on the soul purpose of manipulating gravity,it is observed within the Shoku ability.The gravity of a specific area can be lessened or heightened but since the technique happens over a long period of time it becomes unoticeable until it’s already taken place.

Kiyen was born into the noble house of the Shihoin family and is a blood relative to Yoruichi Shihoin(Sister).Kiyen was appointed as Captain of the 7th Squad around the same time that Yoruichi was made Captain of Squad 2.Kiyen served as 7th squad Captain for quite sometime even rivaling the years of 4th Squad Captain Retsu Unohana.
Sometime around it was revealed that Yoruichi had mysteriously vanished from Soul Society along with Urahara Kisuke.This had an extremely adverse psychological effect on Kiyen.His sister left without saying a word,it was the fact that she left with the Captain of squad 12.Around the time that “they” came, a new generation of Captains and Lieutenants had filled in open positions of previous Captains and Lieutenants.
Overtime Kiyen had coped with the mental damage that was done to him and slowly began to regain himself,now him being the eldest of the Captains next to the Captain Commander and Unohana possesses an overwhelming amount of spiritual pressure which sparked a few Captains interest especially the Captain of Squad 5,Aizen Sosuke.Kiyen was capable of switching the flow of his reiatsu and coverting into pure energy from the moon,this being his backup power for his zanpakuto since he mostly fights during the day when the moon isn’t yet out.
Unexpected and strange mishaps started following after Aizen witnessed Kiyen’s power,things got even worse around the time of the Ryoka Invasion.The Captain of Squad 10,Toshiro Hitsugaya was the first to suspect something going on from the inside of Soul Society,Toshiro first assaulted Gin Ichimaru sparking in a small confrontation between the 2 Captains which was stopped shortly after the Lieutenant of Squad 10,Rangiku Matsumoto and Gin’s bestfriend appeared.A day afterwards Toshiro confronted Kiyen threatening to kill him if he didn’t stopped what he was doing,Kiyen had the upperhand until Toshiro resulted to using his Bankai which would’ve killed Kiyen unless Gin hadn’t interfered.When Aizen’s plan began to fall apart it was revealed that himself,Gin,Tousen,and Kiyen were conspirators of Soul Society.The 4 of them currently reside in Hueco Mundo awaiting war with Soul Society.Til’ this very Kiyen has sworn revenge against Toshiro,Kisuke,and his Sister.
Aizen and Gin have been defeated and Kiyen has decided to let the grude against Kisuke,Toshiro,and his sister go.Seeing as how the quarrel is over he says there is no more reason to fight
Rp Sample:Before the reiatsu did not direct itself towards any outside influences. It actually changed it’s route and flung it’s full power into the user. He who forces his way into this new extent of possibilities did not know what he should expect. Even less he knew what had just happened.Kiyen was unsure what reiatsu he had produced earlier and proceede with caution before using it again.He knew what had happened but refused to accept it,as he pulled himself into deep thought he was essentialy a shell as the Squad 9 Captain stood before him prepared to bring his sword down without hesitation,slowly he returned to himself,he bit his lip as the swift blade was swung down upon him,he then closed his eyes.The sudden stopped force of the blade became apparent as he looked up in confusion as to why he wasn't finished off. "Why did you hesitate in killing me? Why did you stop your blade!?" The pride of the suqad 9 officer consumed him,he wanted to die like a warrior and looked in anger as the captain had sheathed his sword and walked away.
