Personality: Minari is a B with an itch. Plain and simple. If she doesn't like you, you'll know it, because she'll be mean, or snub you at every turn. She doesn't like to be hit on, and tends to effect a cold personality around those she does not like. This is part of her human appearance here, because she was also called the Ice Queen. Since joining the 11th Division though, she's become more out spoken in her hate, and more liable to call someone out in a fight then just sneakily get back at them.

But if she is not angry, or hating you, then you'll see a different kind of person. One who's somewhat kind, somewhat nice. Of course she can't be completely nice and kind, because she's part of the 11th Division, but she does get that way if she's not angry, or likes you. She's loyal to a fault, and she likes to have a good time. Minari is most often seen drinking with the higher seats of her Division when having a night on the town.

Zanpakuto Looks:

Diachi is the shorter of the two swords in their restrained form, Ryuu is the larger.

Released Zanpakuto Description: The Shikai must be used in tandem, or they do not work. As such, she can not release one without the other.
Defensive Ability:
For every time Dori blocks an attack successfully, Ryuu's attack will grow by half
Offensive Ability:
For every attack that Ryuu lands, whether it is blocked or a hit, Dori's defense will grow by half.

Expert Airwalk
-The skill to gather spiritual energy under ones foot and seemingly stand, float, or glide in mid-air for a long or set period of time. Able to apply for a long period of time.

-Because of the rank of seated officer, he or she is able keep up with others of the same rank of skill level in battle and out side of it. He or She is also able to travel a long distance in few dozen Flash Steps.

-Being a seated officer, one has mastered the Art to Shikai or the First Release that makes there blades more powerful. And is well know for this power or ability.

History:
Biography Before Death:
Minari used to be part of the English nobility in 1845, where she took the London town by storm, being the Season's Incomparable for 5 years running, when she was struck by a passing carriage and killed. Being an Incomparable meant that she was the top choice for the noblemen who were seeking a wife. It was never determined if she was murdered, or accidentally killed, but she doesn't really remember it any way, so why does it matter?

Biography After Death:
She wandered through the slums of a city near Seireitei, called Rukonagi, in the body of a ten year old. She disliked that she had reverted so far back, but she dealt with it. She wandered around Rukonagi for a long time, before she was found by a Shinigami of the 11th Division, and she followed him back to the Barracks. Prouder of herself then she had been in a long time, she was discovered and moved onto the academy from there.

Soul Reaper Academy:
Minari worked hard to attain the best grades she could. Her sword skills were shoddy at first, because she had none, and her Kido excellent as she learned them. Her mentor for sword skills was Shunsui Kyōraku, who was lazier then she had thought when she had first met him. It was through his laziness that she found her second personality of Zanpaktou while mediating one day and communicating with Dori. Ryuu had made himself known to her, and as they like to say, the rest is history. Kyoraku glanced at her and just gave her a small smirk when she showed him, confused and excited. It means that you'll be expected to do some great things Mina-chan. Best get used to fighting for what you believe in. Was what he told her.

Division Life:
Minari was first put under Gin and Kira in the third division, where she learned very quickly what it meant to be a member. It wasn't uncommon for her to disappear for days at a time, and then reappear again. She became slightly mean, but once she realized that it was getting harder and harder to communicate with Dori because of it she toned it down, acting for the others in her squad, but really staying true to herself when she could. She had to fight for what she believed in.

Soon after Gin's defection with Aizen, their squad was thrown into doubt on their actions, and Minari stood up to those who wished to try and paint the rest of them with the same brush that they painted Gin. She became quite well known as a fighter, and would do what ever she wished to get to the end she desired. After the winter war, she requested a transfer to the 11th Division, because she was sick and tired of dealing with the other Shinigami from the Third Squad. It was unheard of for a woman to join in with the 11th division, or to even want to. But because of her personality, and the fact that her Shikai were a melee type weapon, she felt that that was the best place for herself. Just because she was good at Kido didn't mean anything. She'd use it if she had to, but she preferred not to. After all, her Shikai forms were strong enough without it at this point.

To attain what she wanted, she had to fight for it. And literally fight for it. She worked her way through all 194 men of the Division to get to the 6th Seat, which she fought against him for three days. Straight. No breaks for food, no breaks for sleep. Her endurance is extensive, but afterwards, her body is useless for almost three weeks. This is part of her shikai release as well. Currently she is trying to get more strength to challenge Yumichika. It's her goal to be the first female Captain of the 11th Division.

RP Sample: Minari's sword flashes once, twice, thrice, and the guy was done. A smirk covered the dark haired girl's face as she put her Zanpaktous away in their sheaths. After all, she had two of them, which given her personalities wasn't all that strange. Ryuu was the 'stronger' of the two but only because he was the offensive half, and any good offensive needs a good defense, and this was Dori, who's name literally means Defense. Dori was the Alpha male, Ryuu was only the Betta.

The Zanpaktou's world looked like a sophisticated Venice canal way, and the pair inhabited it rather well, since Dori's favorite pass time was annoying Ryuu. But enough about her Zanpaktous, back to her. Her foot, encased in tabi and her sandles slammed into the guys face and she gave a harsh laugh. "You're pathetic. Go crawl into what ever hole you climbed out of and stay there. I have no time for you." she snarled, walking away.

Being female and the 6th seat of the 11th division was a pain in her ass. Plus she had to constantly ignore Jame White, that stupid manslut of a 4th seat. A glare was a permanent expression on her face lately, and she was starting to hate seeing it there, which only made the flare worse. Combine in her fukutaichou trying to get her to the Shinigami's women meetings, and Minari was an all around angry person. She hated being thought weak because she was a woman, and she was working on getting her Bankai. Of course that was slow progress, and secret. After all, the only hope she had of challenging the taichou was to get her Bankai. Minari turned as her should her was tapped. "Yes?

"Are you really the 6th seat?" "Do I look like an illusion to you?" She asked sarcastically. "You look like my next conquest!" He replied confidently. "Are you just naturally this stupid? Or did you mother drop you on your head repeatedly on purpose?" "You bitch!
"That I am. And I'm a damn good one, so don't mess with me." She said, turning to walk away. They guy was enraged that he spun her around and attempted to plow his fist into her face. She used Shunpo and disappeared from in front of him to behind him. "I'm more advanced then you are, so don't try anything stupid, or I'll castrate you in your sleep."

The guy was not fazed at all. After all, she was only a woman. Too bad that this way of thinking was going to get his ass handed to him on a silver platter. He turned to face her, his Zanpaktou drawn and ready to go. She just rolled her eyes and drew both her Zanpaktous. "Let's go, I want to get food. It's been a long day and people like you piss me off." She said, sliding into a slightly defensive stance, facing the guy. He thrust forward and she deflected it with a board expression on her face. This guy wasn't even a ranked seat, and she thought he could take her on when she was ranked and ready to fight at all times, even when she slept.

Minari could run circles around this bastard, and wouldn't hesitate to send him to the fourth division for healing if he wasn't careful. Sneering now, she launches forward and was blocked by her nemsis. James White. "Mina-chan....You don't have time for this. Or are you forgetting that Yachiru-fukutaichou wants you to go to her meeting with her?" Manari's face went pale, and she stepped back, sliding her Zanpaktous into their sheaths. "Oh hell nah. I'm not going. I've told her that many times." Minari said before she used Shunpo and ran away from there.
