Yeah, can Kiku become the new lieutenant of the 4th Division? The other isn't very active, and doesn't do much in terms of the 4th Divisions duties (healing, cleaning the Seireitai,etc.) And Kiku's massive skill in Kido, seeing as she's currently the Vice Kido Chief, would help her greatly in healing others. It's ok if I can't have the lt. spot though if you don't want a new lt. ^^ I wouldn't mind being a 4th seat of the 4th Division, just seeing as Kiku already has previous skill as a lieutenant, it would be good for her to take that spot. And i'll definetly be more active with her if I manage to get it ^^
