Bleach RP Help

This isn't an advertisement. Im here to ask for help..

This is something I havent done. I need a fucking team. I'm not kidding. I really need some people If i want thing to get big, and for things to be done right.

I want a RP where things are how they should be. Logical and fair and NOT OPed characters, not too many high ranks so the low ranks can survive.

Captains will have their duties, and will HAVE to uphold their own squad, instead of relying on the admins to do it.

Bankai will be significant, not many will have it, and it will be powered properly.

Just things will be much more fair and such. I need some help though.

These people will be strict, yet nice, enforcing the rules properly. They'll be the mods of the ChatBox, as well as the forums. These three members approve applications.

These two people will monitor topics, ensuring that people RP fair, and when there's a dispute, they will be there to make a final decision based on logic.

I can help, since I have way too much free time on my hands. I can do anything besides the GFX Team.

hey i will be glad to help you ^^ i can help with anything, i am good at keeping things fair and organised. I can help with moderating battles and such although that wouldn't be my strong point. Nor would applications xD but everything else i can help with even the decorating/GFX team. I use a program called GIMP which is similar to photoshop.

So you can put me down for GFX and Moderator or admin

What kind of GFX do you need? I can do things, if I know what you need.

There is the site link. Be sure to tell me who you are, and if your a staff member, and if so, of what. Also, no canons, and im likely to just deny each member from serenity if they use the character they used here, unless they're not OPed.

But seriously the site looks nice just a few things i noticed, one the explainations can be a bit wordy and confusing. Also where would you place other abilities you character has that are not shikai, bankai? there is no other place.

I think re-reading the explainations and making some changes might help others that wish to join the site understand. Atm the whole site feels overwhelming and i would opt for one much more easy to grasp and where i didn't feel so overwhelmed. Just my opinions though, like i said looks great though

Battle mod and an Admin?

I'm real good at helping people out with combat writing, and I like to help people make really good characters that are fun to RP.
