Child hood-through Marriage: Richter was a devoted follower of the Quincy’s ways and never seem to question them. He was a hard worker who wanted to excel at everything he does. Not only a devoted Quincy follower, but also a devoted husband. He loved his wife dearly and enjoyed spending time with her. Long walks along the beach, moon lit dinners, etc. Tended to surprise his wife with roses and other things.

Through Torture and Now:[b] The once cheerful man is no longer there. Not only those he hated Shinigami but also Quincies, because they did nothing to try and help him. They left him for dead. If it wasn’t for his stubborn pride getting in the way he would have died. His heart is no longer warm but is as cold as ice, manipulative, crude and brutal. That is who he is now, every day is a test for him to survive. Though one may wonder, if there is still a small warm flame flickering in his heart.

Techniques

Name: Seele Schneiders
Description: Sword-like weapons used by the Quincy. Seele Schneiders were not created solely for the ability to cut through spirit pressure impacts. On impact, the union of spirit particles in whatever has been cut loosens. This is merely a tool which makes them easier to steal away. For a Quincy, absorbing spirit particles from the environment to strengthen one's weapon is absolutely imperative and the Seele Schneider is the strongest embodiment of this process. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw and the blade is composed entirely of reishi, which is constantly revolving around 3,000,000 times per second. Uryu- also stated that using it increased his own spiritual power.

Name: Reishi Collection
Description: The Seele Schneider's second ability is to collect reishi during combat by absorbing the opponent's attacks. The more spiritual pressure and energy they release, the more powerful the Quincy wielding it becomes. It allows an opponent's spirit particles to become the users.

Name: Sword & Arrow Functionality
Description: Since a physical high-speed impact can be destroyed by a spiritual high-speed impact, the Seele Schneider can do more damage to someone physically strong when they physically attack, than when using a spirit-based attack. This is seen in Uryu-'s fight against Cirucci Sanderwicci. It mainly cuts through spirit pressure impacts. The Seele Schneider makes for a powerful blade in combat, but can do even more damage as an arrow. Fired as an arrow, it was able to defeat a former Espada in one shot, easily piercing her soul chain, removing all of her abilities. Had it been aimed higher, towards the head, it would have undoubtedly been fatal. The lethality of the Seele Schneider at full power depends, not on its power, but the arrow's trajectory.

Name: Hirenkyaku
Description: a method in which Quincy use to travel quickly over short distances. It is basically the Quincy equivalent to the Shinigami's Shunpo, or the Arrancar's Sonído. Uryu- Ishida implied that its speed is superior to Shunpo or Sonido, though Mayuri Kurotsuchi's superior speed suggests that this is just a generalization.


Name: Ranso-tengai
Description: This is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of countless spiritrons. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. It was originally created to allow elderly Quincy to fight effectively, and is rare enough that Mayuri had never encountered a Quincy (out of the 2661 that he examined or studied) who could use it before Uryu-. Mayuri stated it as "the most powerful technique for the Quincy," but he did not know of the Quincy: Letzt Stil, which means as far as Mayuri knew it was the strongest

Description: Small sliver cylindrical capsules that store spiritual energy in a liquid form. They are used for spell casting in the same way that Shinigami use Kido.

Name: Das Geschenk von Monch
Description: On both of his wrist there are two tattoos that look like spider webs. These tattoos absorb spiritual particles from the air and store them for later use. This is only use on rare occasions where his energy is depleted. When activate, the stored spiritual particles will restore the user to his previous state On the command phrase “With my last breath give me the strength to survive, Das Geschenck von Monch” These tattoos constantly absorbs spiritual particles for years upon years and will start over if he uses it. As of now it has been gathering for 14yrs.

Name: Infinity Zero
Description: Pushing his palms outward, a circle appears on each palm. The one in his right hand spins counter-clockwise and the one in his left spins clockwise. Reshi begin to gather in the circles as they begin to glow red in color. His hands become like that of an Espada’s Hierro allowing him to stop objects with his bare hands. On the command of “Zero is the true Infinity number” If he touches any part of the opponent the circles will transfer over to the opponent. It’s then that the nature of the attack is revealed. The circles at like a saw cutting deeply within the opponent’s flesh/equipment. The circles will not stop till the thing is destroyed. It uses draws energy from the air, to continue it saw like action. The way to dispel the circles is to focus the same amount of energy of the circle(s) and spin it in the opposite direction of the current flow of energy. If you spin your reaistu the same way as each circle, it will only accelerate the sawing action of the circles. Not only that Richter can remove by saying “Break the infinity cycle”. Only those who have learnt the mechanics of “Infinity Zero” knows how to counter-act it. And sense Richter is the creator of the attack, it’s highly unlikely. It can be remove if one is at Captain strength. To counter this, he usually use it when their energy is below that of a captain, but the simple fact one gets tired over a long period of fighting.

Description: The two outer points of his bow are able to fire an condense spiritual beam, which can various from the size of a need to the that of a quarter.

Name: Particle Distortion
Description: A technique created Richter, by breaking down his body into spirit particles it allows him to move freely, escaping for certain danger. Though the weakness to this ability is that anyone who absorbs the spirit particles in the air can technique destroy him. He can stay in this form for 2 posts.

History and RP Sample

History: Richter started his life in an unknown location of China. Both of his parents where Quincy’s and lived their life by the Quincy’s code. As long as he could remember, he was taught the Quincy’s philisophy about hollows and such. For the most part he was your average Quincy boy, until the age of seven. His father had dropped him off at their friend’s house for the even, saying that they wanted to spend some time along. Not thinking much about it, Richter went about the day playing with the people’s kids and such. Three days past and Richter didn’t hear nothing from his parents. The people who he was staying with feared the worse and they left Richter at the house and went to see if everything was alright with Richter’s parents. Sadly it wasn’t....

When they got their, they saw a Shinigami carrying Richter’s parents away. They were powerless to do anything about it. Returning home they told Richter the truth about what happen to his parents. Richter wanted to get revenge on those who kidnaped his parents, but was talk out of it by the two adults. Now with his parents gone, Richter had no one to train him in the Quincy’s way, well at least that is what he thought. Unknown to him the couple that he was staying with were both Quincy’s but gave it up to live a peaceful life. Seeing how Richter wanted to advance in his skills, they decided to train him.

For the next ten years he trained with them both, approving in his skills. At the age of eight-teen he left his now adopted parents house, met a female quincy. Three years later they got married and was living a wonderful life. Now 21yrs old they were planning on having a kid, but these things got cut short when they were attacked by Shinigamis . Richter didn’t fight back for the fact they told him if he did his wife would die. Being a man who loved his wife, he allowed the Shinigami to do what they like, ultimately they captured him and took him to the 12th division. But not before killing his way in front of his very own eyes

It was there that he learnt Mayuri the former captain of 12th division was the one responsible for the attack and also he was responsible for capturing Richter’s parents. For the next 13yrs years he was subjected to torture, various injections, grueling endurance tests, etc. Many of times he wanted to give up and quit living but yet there was something inside of him that kept him going. The stubborn side of him not wanting to die. On a last ditch effort, he used his unique Particle Distortion technique to escape the 12th division. It is unknown where he is at now, but wherever he is at. He is badly hurt and needs healing.

Richter thrusts his palms outward as a black circle appears in the center of each palm. Light blue particles began to be drawn to the circles, as they both started spinning. The one in his right hand spun counter clock wise as the one in his left spun clock wise. They continued spinning as the once black circles had now glowing a dark red color. Dark brown orbs fell upon the Shinigami that was before him, using Hirenkyaku he would appear began the opponent “Zero is the true infinity number.” was all he spoke, as he thrust both of his palms on the back of the Shinigami. The circles that was once on the palm of his hands were now on the opponent’s back. The shinigami cry out in angst as the circles began to cut into his flesh, crimson blood soaking his clothes.

Richter just stared at the man as he watched his technique in work. The trick behind the technique isn’t the cutting ability of it, but the amount of spiritual particles in the air. The higher the concentration and quicker it will end, the lower the concentration, well you get the point. However since they where in Soul Society it wouldn’t take it that long to kill the man. Turning his back Richter walked down the paved road leaving the Shinigami to die.
