Personality: Reborn is a young boy, though he was deemed too be intelligent in such a young though, no one thought that his brain is forming ten times faster then a avarage child. Reborn has a cute and lovable personality, he is really funny too, he loves too wear costumes in the most unexpected time. Reborn is really strong physically and mentally, though it might not look like it. That is basically Reborn's advantage when he is fighting. Reborn loves too say the word "Ciaossu" in a form of a greeting. Reborn might be young but he is really strong, some under estimate him but they would pay for the under estimation. Reborn isn't a heartless killer, he doesn't like too fight, he only helps people fight. That might be the case but he is still pretty strong if he does, Reborn is a really strong kid, he might look like a toddler but trust me, that is 1 toddler you don't want too fight with Reborn. Reborn is basically a tiny toddler like person, though he is super intelligent. The reason why he is super intelligent is because he took part of a experiment, 1 that allowed Reborn too form his brain in a faster pace than most toddlers. Reborn is a funny kid who loves too cosplay, he is more of a support then a 1 vs 1 type of person. Though Reborn does enjoy fighting, but he enjoys being free more. Reborn is the youngest Quincy there is but there is 1 thing that cannot be explained. Reborn’s growth hormones stopped growing, meaning that he can’t age no matter what.

Techniques

Name: Maximum Bullet
Description: This is a special support type bullet, Reborn would shoot the bullet, this bullet powers up Reborn's ally, a normal Person's speed would be x1 when Reborn shoots his bullet it adds the allies strength too x10. Though when the bullet is shot at a ally they cannon take a second one for 9 post, if the do they would die. This bullet last for 6 post, after the bullet wears off they have too wait about 3 more post.This bullet also ignore any given damage when its is active but when the bullet wears off the pain starts going in.

Name: Death Bullet
Description: This bullet is shot from Reborn's rifle, it sends out 1 long beam which splits up to 6 beams when it reaches the enemy, the longer the bullet is flying the more it splits up. So basically if the enemy and Reborn is about 100 meters away it would split up too 60 beams. 50 meters away it would split up too 40 beams, 30 meters away would be 20 beams.

Name: 10 ton hammer.
Description: Reborn's lizard changes into a bigg hammer which is used too smash the enemy around. Though this hammer looks and sounds heavy but it is very light for Reborn, he has a strength of a adult in a body of a baby.

Description: The Quincy Hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances; according to Uryū Ishida it is faster than flash steps, though Mayuri Kurotsuchi's superior speed suggests that this is just a generalization. To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most Arrancar and Shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances. Mayuri compliments Uryū on being able to use this technique at such a young age, suggesting that it's difficult to master

Name: 100 Bullets
Description: Reborn shoots 100 bullets at the enemy, these one can actually be dodged quite easily, they serve no purpose harming the enemy. Though when the bullets hit the enemy it blows up on sight, the more bullets the more the explosion takes effect.

Name: Ransōtengai

Description: Reborn uses his pistol too suck reiatsu from all around him, he then charges it up too shoot 1 deadly bullet, though he has too charge the gun for 2 post too actually kill someone, 1 post is too stun a person.

History and RP Sample

History: Reborn was born in a tiny hospital 3 hours from Karakura town, he was in a condition where his life span was shortened , meaning that he would die when he hit the age of 4, though it was a sad and very tragic story Reborn was saved. A crazy man name Volmont, a Italian doctor conducted a study on research that had not supporting facts what so ever, the only way too save Reborn was too mix up a potion where it speeds up the growth of his organs, right now his young organs were too weak too fight off this disease. Though it was finished, at the age 4 the day where Reborn was about too die, Volmont ran inside the house holding a vial of orange water, the water seemed very bitter, but Reborn's heart was beating again and his brain has extended, Reborn then spoke too the people he lived with, the fact that Reborn spoke perfect Japanese towards his family was shocking, Reborn was well aware that his body can't age anymore, he has too stay short and have the body figure of a baby. Though Reborn's physical strength actually surpasses most adults.

Five year after Reborn started too feel a weird sensation. A tiny lizard climbed onto Reborn's hat and slept there, Reborn didn't want to disturb it's sleep so Reborn left him there. Though a bunch of cowards beat up Reborn and was about to execute him due to the fact that he was a kid. The Lizard climbed onto Reborn's hand and changed its form, it went from a squishy lovable Lizard into a pistol, 1 that shot 3 types of bullets, Death Bullet, Support Bullet, And the famous Charge bullet.Reborn went home on the same day too see a weird factor, this family left too go back to Italy, They forgot about Reborn, it was sad. Reborn travelled around not knowing where he was going too sleep or stay until he reached a old hostipital. He approached it and slept inside, Reborn didn't even know that this was the Quincies Head Quarters. It was odd for Reborn it was also a weird twist of face, a Quincy stumbling on the Quincies main Base.

Three long months Later Reborn has perfected his skills and he decided that he was going too try out as a high ranked up Quincy, he actually made it as the Defensive squad. Reborn is in charge of defending the Quincies Lair, though Reborn never ever stays in his post, he usually let his Lieutenant handle the Defensive operation. Two years after, Reborn has not changed a bit. Though he did met his father and Mother again, they begged him forgiveness and wanted him too go to Italy with him, Reborn forgave his parents but refused too go anywhere with them, he stayed in the Quincy's head quarters for the time being, anyways, Reborn goes too Karakura High school as the youngest looking kid there, he has a soft but lovable voice and he is really funny, he would love too dress up in funny costumes too cheer people up. Though Reborn might look like a baby but he is strong as crazy, he is 1st in Karakura's boxing club and he is also one of the school's most feared.

RP Sample: Reborn was standing on the edge of a cliff not thinking about anything, he had no intentions on fighting or anything. Until a giant palm smashed down onto Reborn. Though Reborn knew that the hand was coming but he had no time too dodge. "Ciaossu" said Reborn as a big beam of light shot out from the hollow's palm. "You are too soft." said Reborn in a cute and happy voice. He then teleported behind the hollow as he smirked, the Lizard has transformed into a 10 ton hammer. "Get off your lazy ass." said Reborn smiling as he looked at the enemy with his black dark eyes, he then smashed the hollow with his hammer. "Pao pao" said Reborn as his hammer changed into a gun again "I am not finished with you yet :3." said Reborn as he then stuck out his gun and pointed it at the enemy, "Death Shot." said Reborn smiling as 50 beams of light flew into the hollows back, blood started to gush every where as he then noticed the another presence that was behind Reborn, the other presence rammed Reborn down too the ground. "Owwie." said Reborn as he got up, a Arrancar was standing there, 1 so dangerous.

The arrancar ripped off the head of the hollow and kicked the body off of the cliff. "Eww." said Reborn as the Arrancar Sonido'd at Reborn and smacked Reborn with the back of his palm. Reborn was sent flying as he landed on the ground. "Don't push your luck." said Reborn as he smiled and shot a 50 bullets all redirecting at the enemy. "Now time to send too the hole you came from." said Reborn in a cute tone of voice. "REBORN!" yelled Reborn as he shot a 100 bullets all blowing up at the enemy. "This doesn't look good." said Reborn as he knew the Arrancar Sonido'd some where else before he was hit by the bullets. "Top." said Reborn with a smile pointing his gun up, Reborn shot a bunch of bullets in the sky all hitting the arrancar making him dizzy, Reborn the teleported behind the Arrancar "Fore!!" yelled Reborn as he smashed the Arrancar with his hammer.

Is 100m the maximum distance away he can fire it? What is the cooldown for this attack - how many bullets can he shoot at a time?

How long does the lizard stay as a hammer?

The cool down is 2 post, after 2 post he can shoot the bullets again.

For the hammer, he stays as a hammer for 4 post and it can be summoned 2 post after.
