Loyalty could be put as his real name, literally. He is also a caring and kind guy who would basically help anyone in trouble. Friendly and a hopeless romantic, he yearns to be loved by a girl and basically anyone that can steal his heart. Although this maybe what he is, once he meets someone he dislikes he changes his personality completely. Cruel, Sadist and Malicious, he is evil to them and will not end till reaching a solution like playing his favourite music. During battle, he is ruthless and merciless. Anyone in his path that he does not see as an ally will be killed without question.

Furthermore, he loves classical music especially the piano. He is also quite the strategist. Sneaky, Sly and analytical at every situation, his tactics are bold yet subtle at the same time. His favourite game is chess and any strategic games. He also has amazing eyesight being able to spot someone from about 500m away, thus giving him the title of “Hawkeye”. He also lives up to the rule when he uses his bow’s final form where he states that “One shot, One kill.” Other than that, he loves being hugged and plush toys especially those cute ones.

In his past he has been robbed from the light of warmth from his parents, he only knew he needed to train to be a better Quincy and they will return. He knew nothing more but that. He hates being lonely among all else. He is also very emotional at times.

Techniques

Name: Seele Schneiders
Description: Sword-like weapons used by the Quincy. Seele Schneiders were not created solely for the ability to cut through spirit pressure impacts. On impact, the union of spirit particles in whatever has been cut loosens. This is merely a tool which makes them easier to steal away. For a Quincy, absorbing spirit particles from the environment to strengthen one's weapon is absolutely imperative and the Seele Schneider is the strongest embodiment of this process. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw and the blade is composed entirely of reishi, which is constantly revolving around 3,000,000 times per second. Uryū also stated that using it increased his own spiritual power.

Seele Schneiders Techniques:

Name: Reishi Collection
Description: The Seele Schneider's second ability is to collect reishi during combat by absorbing the opponent's attacks. The more spiritual pressure and energy they release, the more powerful the Quincy wielding it becomes. It allows an opponent's spirit particles to become the users.

Name: Sword & Arrow Functionality
Description: Since a physical high-speed impact can be destroyed by a spiritual high-speed impact, the Seele Schneider can do more damage to someone physically strong when they physically attack, than when using a spirit-based attack. This is seen in Uryū's fight against Cirucci Sanderwicci. It mainly cuts through spirit pressure impacts. The Seele Schneider makes for a powerful blade in combat, but can do even more damage as an arrow. Fired as an arrow, it was able to defeat a former Espada in one shot, easily piercing her soul chain, removing all of her abilities. Had it been aimed higher, towards the head, it would have undoubtedly been fatal. The lethality of the Seele Schneider at full power depends, not on its power, but the arrow's trajectory.

Name: Gintō
Description: small silver cylindrical capsules that store spiritual energy in a liquid form .They are used by Quincy for spell-casting in the same way that Shinigami use Kidō. Like Kidō, they are activated by calling out various commands.

Gintō Techniques:

Name: Heizen
Description: This technique creates a transparent, rectangular beam of energy from the silver tubes which slices through the opponent. It is activated by the command: "Feel the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice - Sacred Bite!"

Name: Gritz
Description: This technique forms a man-sized pentagonal Quincy cross which envelops its target. It is activated by the command: "A silver rod strikes the five-fingered stone bed - Quintuple Restraining Frames!"

Name: Wolke
Description: This technique uses a silver tube to create a large blast. While it may not be intended for use as such, Uryū uses it to cushion the impact of a fall. It is activated by the command: "Tilt the goblet to the west - Emerald Grail!"

Name: Sprenger
Description: This technique uses five Seele Schneiders to create a pentagon-shaped seal which, when activated, causes a massive explosion within its borders. When an object or a person stands within the middle of the Pentagon the placement of the fifth Seele Schneider can trap them by wrapping and binding their legs to the ground with dense spirit particles. The Seele Schneiders function as accumulators, gathering the necessary amount of spirit particles to create the explosion. The liquid inside a silver tube acts as the trigger. The preparations for the technique combined with the charging time for the Seele Schneiders make its use in battle impractical unless the user has a partner that can stall to buy time.

Name: Hirenkyaku
Description: a method in which Quincy use to travel quickly over short distances. It is basically the Quincy equivalent to the Shinigami's Shunpo, or the Arrancar's Sonído. Uryū Ishida implied that its speed is superior to Shunpo or Sonido, though Mayuri Kurotsuchi's superior speed suggests that this is just a generalization.

Platform Manifestation: Upon entering Hueco Mundo through the Garganta, Ichigo Kurosaki and Chad noticed that Uryū apparently had a platform of reishi under his feet. Ichigo and Sado had trouble controlling their reiatsu on the path they were given, while he used an instance of Hirenkyaku in order to make his own individual platform. Later on Uryū used the technique to elevate himself and Orihime Inoue through the hole Ulquiorra Cifer created in the artificial sky, and above the dome of Las Noches. He reveals that he only recently realized he could use the technique outside Garganta, and in Hueco Mundo itself, halfway to Las Noches. He also laments the fact that if he had known sooner, he might have been of some use on the battlefield.

Name: Ransōtengai
Description: This is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of countless spiritrons. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. It was originally created to allow elderly Quincy to fight effectively, and is rare enough that Mayuri had never encountered a Quincy (out of the 2661 that he examined or studied) who could use it before Uryū. Mayuri stated it as "the most powerful technique for the Quincy," but he did not know of the Quincy: Letzt Stil, which means as far as Mayuri knew it was the strongest

Name: Spirit Bullets
Description: Normally a Quincy uses an arrow but since Felix has changed the principle of the Quincy for his own better usage. These bullets are small but pack enough punch to negate or hit targets easily but not as strong as the Seele Schneiders. I would say that the bullets have the same attack power as Ishida’s arrows. The number of bullets depends on him but he can shot roughly more than 750 spirit bullets due to his bow being a fast shooter type.

Name: Snipe Mode
Description: Felix will combine together his twin guns to make a M39 Enhanced Marksman Rifle as his weapon, thus during this mode, Felix is able to shot a very concentrated Spirit Bullet that moves at a standard speed of a Lt. Shunpo speed and only at Mach 1 during 100%. The pressure and damage created from this shot is based on how much energy Felix put into it. 25% enough force to bring in a small tornado, 50% enough to cut down mountains, 75% destructive enough to cause a temporary rip in space, 100% just imagine a nuke bomb coming at you. Once using 100% of his power he will pass out immediately. Only ten bullets can be shot from this mode before they split back into twin guns and has a 4 posts cool down.

History and RP Sample

History:
A terrible past would summarize Felix’s past. Born on the 9th of June (year), to a family of perfectionist Quincy family, Felix didn’t get the love, the affection from his parents and fellow brothers and sisters. They were all so distant to him that he had no other people to talk to. His mind was twisted. He now only had one goal in mind. Kill his family when he gets stronger. Like they say, vengeance begets more vengeance or ignorance is bliss but the opposite is also the same.

Once, turning 19 years old, he already mastered all if not most of the Quincy techniques, he even made his own techniques that was tested and proven to be useful. He then proceeded to initiate his vengeance by killing all of his family members who tortured him for the 19 years of life he had lost. Once they were dead, he chose to go find “the president” of the Quincy Council in Japan. It’s either that or running away but he preferred to redeem himself and also continue living. “One will never forget the burden of killing someone..” Felix was imbedded with those words forever.

With this, he wanted a new life, a new day where he could finally be called a teenager. Still he hasn’t forgotten about his wishes, a simple wish. It was just to be loved by someone, to be cared for, to feel warmth that he had lost. Oh but he didn’t go to Japan without help from finance. His family has been rich due to the oil business, so he took all the money into his own bank account and also all the Quincy weapons from his house with him. A new day was dawning and he will make the best of it.

Once in Japan he proceeded to meet “The President” of the Quincy Council in an undisclosed area even to him. He was taken to his location blindfolded inside a limousine. He wasn’t sure he could trust the so-called President of not as he or she has kept themselves low on the popularity charts only to spring out if something big happens. It was the way how things were run in the Quincy world.

Inside the so-called presidential building, he saw “The President” sitting down on his chair, Felix cannot see his or her face nor body but could only hear his or her voice. Surely a voice distortion machine was being used. Still “The President” gave him parole only at one condition. He must listen to his every order. Felix being overjoyed accepted and was now able to live a life as a Florist to earn money while enjoying what he missed during his 19 years of torment.

“Ahh.. It is time..” Akira said as he woke up on a warm Sunday morning. It was like the usual day, birds were chipping while Sakuya was sound asleep next to him. Akira kept on thinking why she would suddenly barge into his room and sleep next to him but he ignored it and got himself ready for what was coming. His bag pack was full with all his traveling equipment, such as papers, pens, a bamboo water bottle, bamboo sleeping bag, pillow and a few more papers, some extra clothes just incase. Akira was going to travel the mountain ranges of the Lightning Country now. It was a mission of recon than search and destroy. Different but good experience for Akira.

Before Akira left for the journey, he went to see his mother. She was still in a coma, half awake, half asleep. That’s what the doctor’s say but Akira just accepted that his mother was still there to guide him before moving towards his father’s, brothers and sister’s altar. Giving prayers to them and hoping that they guide him to success on this mission and also safety to return home in one piece.

With that, he started his journey by walking south. From Akira’s knowledge, which he got from the scruffy, old, not well maintained library of Kumogakure. They say that the southern part of the mountains are filled with mysterious beings that walk on two legs and has two hands with red and green eyes that peered through the darkness. Akira immediately disregarded that information as false and surely these so called, red and green-eyed monsters are people. Akira sighed as he walked pass the main gate of Kumogakure and off towards the southern mountain range.


Hiking was such a strenuous activity, having needed to pass long ranges without giving it some rest. Luciky, Akira documented some things on the way.


The Siren’s Forest:
The first was his time at what the merchants called the siren’s forest. Akira did wonder why they called it the siren’s forest but according to local folklore, there is a lady within the forest, dancing and singing, her voice everlasting in anyone’s brains, forcing them to seek her, making them lost, forgotten. Some say that those who survived, returned a different person, a different existence as a whole.

Akira pondered on the evidence if this was real, thus he concluded that he should interview more travelers and merchants. Although some were stubborn to share what they know for Akira, most of them still do. Furthermore, most of them had different stories about the forest but there were similar clues, hinted by all of them. First was a lady dancing and singing, and then was about the very alluring voice and the lost and found theory.

Although, Akira interview many, he wasn’t convince, he needed to find out but he needed some protection, thus he asked around before buying the things needed before entering the forest, such as a mirror and ear plugs. It is said the mirror will block the gaze of the lady while the earplugs at least lessen the alluring sound that pulls people towards the lady. Akira also bought a ma though the forest, which every merchant must have in order to survive the night or even the day in the forest.

Once that was done, Akira went in, knowing nothing but experiences from these so-called merchants and travelers. Are they able to be trusted? Still one must find out for himself first hand to know the truth. Akira stepped in slowly. Calmly, he passed the trees, always scanning around to find this mysterious siren. No clue yet to be found but as he entered deeper and deeper into the forest, he believed that it was best to heed the warnings given by the merchants. Thus he took out his earplugs and wore them quickly. You may never know when the Siren will strike.

The forest was serene and tranquil. Akira could only see lovely bird flying here and there, fluttering their wings as they loosen their wings for the flight ahead. Flora was abundant here but just enough to sustain what beauty that it may provide to the world. Still Akira wondered how did this legend came about. The legend in itself is still vague and unclear.

After a few hours of endless passing though the forest and following the map to its utmost detail, Akira got lost. “GRRRR!!! That’s the last time I bought things from a traveler!” Akira screamed on top of his voice, he was very angry and annoyed now, as he had passed the same tree about five to six times at most. He dreaded the thinking of being lost in the woods, plus it was still daylight, this really ticked Akira off and he started to kick and punch the nearby trees. Luckily, for him, he is strong enough to withstand the resultant force created from the kicking and the punching.

At any rate, Akira sat down on one very special yet white oak tree. Akira knew these types of trees exist just that it was rare and could not be found anywhere else than the Land of Lightning. Akira wasn’t that sure about the usage of the log though but he believed Sakuya knew about it so he just drew a sketching of the tree in detail to ensure Sakuya is able to identify it. Once that was done, Akira decided he should take a rest, he has been walking pass this forest for hours and it was getting boring. Getting himself comfy he took out his water bottle and drank it. Feeling hydrated again he started to write his testimony about the current place.

“Before I begin, it seems the rumors of this forest were plentiful around the outposts for about 100 years. Many if not all the travelers and merchants believed that there is a lady who sings an alluring voice, which guides both men and women to her. None of those men and women were ever seen again. The thing that interested me was the story from the few that managed to return, they said that they don’t recognize their family, their friends, everything, it was as if their memories were wiped out of their brains and anything about the lady. No clue from the survivors as well. It seemed that this mystery is indeed worth investigating but dwelling too deep may meet my doom. I would like to live to see another day not die from someone or something that I don’t know. All I know about this so-called monster is that it is called Siren, an appropriate name in my observation. Still this forest is sometimes, a little too quiet and I always feel that something is watching me but I cannot pinpoint where or what was it. Still I would advice that anyone that wanted to pass this place must be ready to endure some spooky tales. Thus I conclude that this case is to be postponed to another date as going to find this enigmatic being alone is suicide.”

With that, Akira closed the book, kept his stuffs in the bag and started leaving to the place where he taught it was north, the exit of the forest, which the travelers and merchants stated. A lady appeared silently behind of Akira, looking in the opposite direction, her face could not be seen but her body was covered by a long string of multi coloured cloth, which made her look like an Oriental princess. She held her right index and middle finger on her lips that touched it softly while her left hand was on her chest. She gave off a smile, showing that her youth was beautifully maintained. Once Akira turned, she disappeared in mid-air, never to be seen again. Akira rubbed his head a little while saying, “I could have sworn someone was behind me..”, before continuing on his journey. Who is she? She was the Siren.
