Stat System

vote. we are close to finishing the leveling system, just needs some discussion first. if you need info on the stat system, look up a fight during the time we had it, and it should make sense.

if you vote no, please have a real reason, and actually think about this, any questions will be explained

No, it's unrealistic and ridiculous in every way. This is an RP site, to RP based on our skill and not some stat system that limits our imagination.

I agree^^ plus its way to confusing and hard to explain to EVERYONE and im sure members trying to join would be put off by it

its unrealistic for a 20th seat to be able to dream of fighting a captain. this puts restrictions on everything, making it MUCH more realistic, instead of even fights you actually have to think in order to win, instead of just blocking and attacking every chance you get.

Even without stats, a Captain can easily defeat one that low with mere reiatsu discharge.

yes but they call god modding and it starts a lot of shit NO ONE wants to deal with, however im just stating we put all the work into the stat system, well i made the leveling system, while dell and hayami made the stat themselves.... and that work shouldnt go wasted =/

I don't really want stats. I think it gives people more freedom without them.

Agreed. I understand that you guys put a lot of work into them, but I think that most of us would prefer to go without them, if only because it allows for a little more variation. Besides, it's the mods job to check in on godmodding, isn't it?

Yeah we appreciate the work of course, but it just isnt fun for anyone. Godmodding will be around no matter what. Its our job to deal with it, and we will.....without stats. I think Sarah's statement kind of ends teh debate.

And I very well know what godmodding is, as do the other mods DO NOT insult anyone, we understand you want stats but if you care so much implement them on your site.

We also have several battle mods who are very capable as well. We'll do our job

3 mods for an entire forum? several of the admin should be demoted to mods, mostly the inactive ones, and for the ones that dont do anything when there on, they need removed period. seriously its just a waste.

If it comes down to it, we can always put whether to get new mods up for debate

Why would that be up for debate? THe mods, ME, TESSAI, and KURODEN are constantly on doing our job. The only admin that is inactive is Claire, and shes actually active. Shes on everyday doing background work, changing usernames...etc She just doesnt post around the forum as much but its understandable for her to be demoted. Everyone else does there job well. And 3 mods? No, we have BATTLE MODS. Hayami and Jor also are moderating fights for god modding

I'm thinking...no; it really limits freedom and creates some odd cases. For instance, in the case of items or skills that increase stats. Plus, like a lot of people have said, it is kind of the job of the mods to make sure god modding doesn't happen; they don't have to be checking every topic all the time. If they get a complaint from someone, they investigate it.
