From Human to Hollow

Hi. I have a slight problem that I could use some help with.

I plan on my human dieing and becoming a Hollow. But there is no Hollow Template or anything of the sort.

So if someone could please tell me what I am supposed to do, or something, it would be alot of help. Someone please tell me what I should do for when my human becomes a hollow.

Well, I think with a hollow you would need to put:

Link to human profile:
Appearance:
Class: (like what type of hollow you are - menos etc)
Any techniques you have - might even be just a cero to start off with:
How you died:

Something like that ^^

you can also look at the espada temp and use some of the hollow-esque things from there
