Personality: Haku is a grim, depressing person with an aura of death and destruction. He is almost completely devoid of emotions and is said to be heartless. He is obsessed with punishing the guilty by deciding on whether or not their lives should be taken and has a desire to protect those that are innocent from said guilty people. However, he is known to be kind and soft-hearted when the time calls for it and does what he does in the name of his deceased sister. However, he is actually very lonely and desires to find someone who can fill the empty void in his heart. His voice is low, deep and raspy. Another thing about Haku that is interesting is that he refers to the guilty as The Lilim, which is an odd trait.

Name: Flight
Description: Haku, due to his black angel wings that he grew due to unlocking his Zankaputo, is able to fly. He has the ability to go full speed in flight, which causes him to move as fast in flight as he could when moving on the ground. It gives him a distinct advantage against his enemies that can't fly. Though, he has to continuously flap his wings to keep himself in flight and he can't fly forever as because the constant flapping will tire out his wings.

Name: Sword Mastery
Description: Haku has a mastery in swordplay, though it is mostly in using his Zanpakuto.

Name: Neo Slash
Description: Haku will go for a powerful horizontal slash with his Masamune as he gathers his Reiatsu into it, sending out a powerful blade of compressed air in the shape of a crescent moon that can easily slice through solid metal. It's range is that of 25 feet before it dissippitates.

Name: Hell Spike
Description: Haku will stab the ground with his Masamune and focus his Reiatsu into the ground, causing it to form a large spike out of the ground in an attempt to impale his enemy. The spike is 8 feet tall.

Name: Holy Ball
Description: Haku will gather his white-colored Reitsu into his hand that he has clutched as if it was holding a ball and form a white ball of energy in his hand and launch it out, creating a large, devastating explosion that will destroy anything within 1000 meters or 1 kilometer. Haku can only use this once. It takes Haku 10 seconds to charge up so if a person reacts fast enough they can prevent him from using the attack or get out out of it's ranging by moving more then 1 yard away.

Name: Flame Geyser
Description: Haku will shoot Reiatsu out of his hand and into the ground beneath him, which will come out underneath his enemy in the form of a geyser of flames after a 3 second delay, in which the ground will rumble.

Name: Icy Wind
Description: Haku will inhale and gather reiatsu into his throat and then exhale, breathing out a whirlwind of ice that will freeze anything it touches. It's range is 50 feet. Unseated freeze up in 1 post, Fifth and Fourth Seats freeze up in 2, Third Seat and Vice Captains freeze up in 3, Normal Captains freeze up in 3 and Advanced Captains freeze up in 4.

Name: Light Whip
Description: Haku will point one finger and gather reiatsu into it as he swings it, releasing it in the form of a whip that can cut through ivory, the strongest bone the body can produce, but anything stronger then that it won't do anything.

Name: Shikai - Reiatsu Draining
Description: When activating his Shikai, Haku's sword and his body become a Reiatsu Drainer to turn into spare Reiatsu for himself. Every time an enemy touches him or his sword and that includes blocking his sword with another weapon, a person's Reiatsu is slowly drained. 10 Reiatsu is drained per post.

History:

(Birth, Childhood and Death Arc)

Haku Saiyukai was born 97 years ago in a small town in Japan. His father Doshita was killed in a mugging, leaving Haku, his mother Ami and his little sister Kanna all alone. When Haku was 4 and Kanna was 2, their mother died of heart failure, leaving him them orphaned and on the streets. Ever since, Haku did his best to raise his little sister, doing his best to make sure she didn't suffer as much hardship or pain that he went through to help insure they both survive to adulthood. Haku had a deep boned with his little sister, loved her very deeply and did everything in his power to keep her safe. However, when Haku was 12 and Kanna was 10, they got into big trouble with a serial killer and they both were killed, Kanna died first through a bullet to the heart and Haku managed to use an old knife he kept with him to slit the crook's throat, who managed to shoot seven bullets into his body and died because of it, the murderer dieing with him.

(Shinigami and Soul Society Arc)

After that, Haku's soul was sent to the Soul Society, where he was trained to unlock his abilities and release his Zanpakuto Masamune. Strangely, after his soul was saved and brought to the Soul Society for training, he grew black angel wings the day he released his Zanpakuto though for some strange reason were permanent rather then just being there when he releases his Zanpakuto, which later during his time in the Soul Society gave him the name as the Fallen Angel of Vengeance. During his time, he served under Byakuya Kuchiki in his Division and over time and soon became so skilled and powerful he was being considered for a Lieutenant position, though that quickly changed. Haku's grief over his sister's death, which happened over 70 years ago around this time and that he never got over, slowly drove him insane and made him feel a desire to go out and punish the guilty and those that would harm the innocent, like his sister. So, when he was 89, he abandoned the Soul Society, marking him to be terminated and classifying him as a Rogue Shinigami and left for the Human World to go out on a spree of murders.

After Haku left for the Human World, he made sure to destroy all trace of where he went to help make sure no one pursued him. For the next 7 years all the way to the present, he proceeded to use his abilities to massacre those he considered guilty, judging them based on their actions or inactions. He considers himself the Voice of the Innocent, the Defender of the Pure and the Destroyer of The Lilim, though he did stick to his duties and proceeded to slay any Hollows that might have been around.

RP Sample: Haku Saiyukai looked at his newest soon-to-be victim with a cruel smirk on his face as he flexed his black angel wings, chuckling darkly as he watched the guilty man clutch at the stump where his left leg used to be. "You, I find to be guilty, loathsome Lilim. Selling drugs to innocents and leeching off their slowly ascending misery with their money. You need to be punished and rightly so, those innocents must have rightful vengeance and I shall reap that vengeance" he said in his low, deep and raspy voice as he stared at him with his right seeing eye and his blind left eye that had a scar going through it. He raised his Zanpakuto Masamune up and swung it, slicing the man in half diagonally from his right shoulder to his left hip. He chuckled darkly as the two halves slid off of each other and spurted a large amount of blood, the two halves hitting the cold, concrete ground. "Foolish Lilim, I have a feeling that you are paying for your sins in Hell" he said as he sheathed his 7 foot bladed Zanpakuto and took off into the air.
