Pressing their fingers to the air, or their chest, in a single movement, making a cross in the air, or chest, then bring their hand back, as if they were ripping something away, will make the person or thing fall to the ground, screaming in pain, for they will feel as if their heart, or throat has been almost ripped out of their body, this slightly hurts them, but not truely hurting them, only causing them mental pain.
