Squad 11 Captaincy

This is a direct quote from the rules of the site, and the current captain of the 11th division hasn't been inactive for 1 week, let alone 2

Ranking up: (You must be a lieutenant to be able to rank up)
You must have at least 150 posts and you must defeat a captain in battle. After that you will become the captain of that division.

As you don't have 150 posts you will not be allowed to rank up, I'm sorry.
