I would like to know if it would be possible to train my stats with another person? And like I wanted to know EXACTLY how much points I would gain to spend in each category after training. (basic/secondary)

training has not yet been discussed. it will in the near future.

And we cant tell you exactly how many points you'll get, because if anything, it will depend on HOW YOU train, not just that you DID train.
