Dark Matter Specialty(Altair's sword is infused with dark matter which are basically shadows, allowing him to travel between them periodically for a very short amount of time.) Enhanced Durability Great Spiritual Pressure Faster Healing(Due to the medical supplie he carries around, altair is adept at healing in situations and can heal himself or another faster than what is natural/His specialty is pills) Fast Growth(Altair learns things at a quicker pace than normal) Expert at Zijutsu Master of Martial Arts Disease: Child form(Much like neliel's own, this causes Altair to revert to a childlike state. The age of which would be fifteen were he not so short.) Sword weight Control(Allows altair to change the mass weight of his sword. The max being two tons, the least being light as a feather.) #1;Sai: Locks a target's arms in place behind their back and the duration of this is based on the strength of the one bound.(Ex:Captain Commander;None.Captain;1.Lieutenants;2. Seated Officers;3. Humans/Special;4. Same for espada on Seki.)
#8;Seki: Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it. This allows for a large recoil and temporary paralysis. The paralysis' lasts based on how powerful the attacker is.(Ex:Captain Commander/Captains;1 turn Lieutenants;2 and seated officers 3. Same for espada: Leader;1. Numbered;2. Fraccion/Regular Arrancar; 3)
#21;Sekienton: Creates a blast upon activation and is used like a ninja's smoke bomb, this makes it harder to see the user but reiatsu can still partially be sensed in this. The smoke spans out to twenty feet across, and twelve feet deep, allowing for a great covering, while the user escapes.Lasts two turns.
#26;Kyokko: Hides the target from sight, by bending light. The spell has the ability to totally hide the presence and reiatsu of the user or specified object. This works on many who do not have special abilities of sensing reishi. It uses very little reishi to do this and the effects can be altered so only one effect is used. The reiatsu hiding lasts until the user lets it die, but the light bending lasts two turns.
#39;Enkosen: Summons a shield of condensed reiatsu to block opponents' attacks. This shield isn't very strong, and can only repel kido lower in level than its own and ceros up to gillian class. If a melee attack hits this, it will recoil allowing for an opening strike.The shield is only 3.5 feet in diameter.
Hado;Way of Destruction:
#1;Sho: Pushes the target away from the caster with a powerful burst of reishi. This is effective especially against lower ranks or those who have tired themselves out. It can be countered by an enkosen or dodged by using Shunpo/Sonido(And the like) this is for close-range and only goes outwards in a diameter of five feet around the user.
#4;Byakurai: The user fires a concentrated, powerful lightning bolt from their finger which can shoot out up to 35 feet out. When this hits the opponent, it can go straight through one side to come out the other, burning a hole with the diameter of four inches. Medium damage
#32;Okasen: Fires a wide arc of yellow energy at a target that spans to 15 feet. It can shoot out to fourty feet, but does not spread vertically. So this can be ducked under or jumped over. If this hits, it only does medium damage.
#54;Haien: Fires a blast of purple spiritual energy that will incinerate a target completely when it makes contact. This can be dodged or quickly blocked by a kidou or cero, due to the slow charging rate. It extends out over 50 feet before stopping. Heavy Damage.
- Kid Altair:
Personality:In his normal state, Altair is cold, calculating, and a bit rude. Though still kind when needed he will do about anything to prove he is right even if he isn't. Stubborn doesn't begin to describe this man and that's not the half of it. He flirts a lot, but usually leads girls on. Addicted to sex, once he's "Hit it, he quits it" meaning that once he's lain with a girl, he will abandon her. Never wearing a shirt(Or robe top) helps him to get the women easier. For even with his pale skin, he still has an attractive body and eye. He takes pride in this, and it shows in his rudeness and cockyness.
In his child state, Altair is very playful, happy, and overall just bubbly. He avoids a fight when he can, but when he has to fight, he will. Not at all like his normal state, this altair has a fragile psyche but a strong will. Loving nothing but candy, and the baby bunny he carries around, this Altair is not the least bit interested in girls(Save for a few). Name:Shadow's Clutch Duration:4 Cooldown:6 State:Both Range:Universal Description: Focusing his reishi into dark matter, Altair is able to bend the shadow's to his will. This specific technique allows him to use shadow's to latch onto his target's shadow, holding the shadow in place. Reishi then tying shadow to bearer to hold the target in place as well. As long as one keeps moving this can be avoided.The shadows from this can move as fast as a human can run, reaches up to 65 feet, and is as large the target's shadow. To break from the shadow's clutch one must simply fire a kidou or stab at their own shadow.
Name:Shadow Burst Duration:Based on how many burst fired. Cooldown:Based on fired burst amount. State:Both Range:Mid-Long Description:Focusing the power of dark matter into his fists, altair uses the surrounding shadows as sort of bullets. With which he fires repeatedly at his opponent(max of twenty per two posts/Which gives it a Four post cooldown;60 per four is eight)that can cause medium to heavy damage depending on how many hit. These are altair's form of bala and are much faster than normal abilities but less powerful.These move as fast as a 5th seat's shunpo.
Name:Barrier of Shadow Duration:1 Cooldown:6 State:Shikai Range:Self Description:Contracting the dark matter around him, altair summons the shadows onto his body, covering him in darkness. This will protect against up to level 65 kidou. As well as a gillian class cero. If a rank like captain attacks him during this move with a melee attack, it will go through to hit him but won't do as much damage as it normally would.
Name:Shadow Spikes Duration:1 Cooldown:10 State:Both Range:Long Description:Using the dark matter about his body to contort within his fists, altair repeatedly punches the ground, with each punch, two five foot shadow spikes shoot up from the ground, aimed towards his opponent. If these hit, not only will they cut/stab/impale the enemy but will leave traces of dark matter within them.Altair can use up to fifteen spikes at the lieutenant level.
Name:Dark Healing Duration:3 Cooldown:8 State:Shikai Range:Self Description:Mustering up much of the dark matter around him, altair focuses these onto his wounds. Each turn that passes by more are healed, closing into scars, if interrupted they will stop where left off(half-closed, partially open, etc) If the full three turns are passed, then Altair's wounds will completely close up and heal.(Excluding cutting off of limbs, of course)Being stricken with a melee attack will halt this ability(Interrupt) it.Also, altair can not move during this ability. Name:Ameratsu Coating (Body/Blade) Duration:3 Cooldown:5 State:Bankai Range:Self Description:Coating either himself or his sword in ameratsu flames, Altair can either protect himself from physical attack, or deal heavier damage with them. Either way, if the opponent touches the flames for even a second, they will stick upon the opponent, burning them for a prolonged period of time(once more, three turns after ability ends). During this burning however, ice moves will be more effective against Altair.
Name:Dark Matter Coating (Hands) Duration:2 Cooldown:8 State:Bankai Range:Self Description:Coating the palms of his hands in dark matter, Altair can successfully create a sort of barrier on his palms, which can easily deflect physical strikes, but against kidou of a level at or above sixty, will do nothing agianst. Same goes for ceros higher than an adjuchas class menos.
Name:Hallucinations Duration:3 Cooldown:10 StateBankai Range:Universal Description:Bending the realities of the dark matter around him, altair allows his opponent to see a mirage. In this mirage, they seem themselves killing altair, and then laying down for a sleep. Once they step into the slumber, horrible nightmares ensue causing them to blindly swing out with their in hand weapon. It is during this altair will be able to strike.(Can be broken by one to notice the hair color change; From purple to red. And have their will break the dream)The dream is very powerful though and everything in it will seem natural to the target. The weakness of this is that the opponent has to LOOK into the shadows for a mirage.(Gathering near their feet) This can be broken out of if they get hit by pinching them selves, or causing any amount of physical pain.
Name:Shunpo Duration:1 Cooldown:2 State:Any Range:Self Description:This is a sort of running technique used by shinigami to increase their speed. It uses very little reishi if any, and is about getting from point a to point b in the least amount of steps. Only a few have mastered this art.
Name:Senkaimon Duration:N/a Cooldown:Once per topic State:Any Range:Self Description:This is what shinigami use to travel between the human world and the seiritei. To many these appear as japanese folding doors which open up into a small room for the captain commander to contact them easier. At other times it really just takes the user back to the seiritei or human world.Bankai Looks:Still same, but this time a much darker reishi around the blade is visible. History and RP Sample- History:
Human Arc: Born with the name Jonathon Dough, Altair was at first a brown haired and brown eyed kid. He was weak compared to the others around him, and much to tan. Having these against him, he was always completely serious around those who would seek to expose his weaknesses. From the age of nine years old, John picked many fights to prove his worth. Each one ending with his nose being bloodied or his eye being blackened. It was because of this that he strove to become better.
Reaching the age of twelve there had been three years that John practiced Zijutsu, or swordsmanship. He had started out in kendo, but at that age he had already advanced to real blades. Practicing the art of Chinese Bah Cho, John excelled at Zijutsu. He ran an undefeated streak until a local fighter, challenged him to a hand to hand combat competition. Knowing very little of this, he failed miserably and got his behind whooped.
After another four years of training, John reached the age of sixteen. He had trained in mixed martial arts, including different forms of it. This allowed him to go back to the fighter who had defeated him before, taking him down after four years. After this fight, John slowly began to become more empathetic reaching a state of maturity that cast away his old nature like trash. This occassion is what made him strive to teach those weaker the skills they would need to defend themselves.
At the age of eighteen, John was engaged to a beautiful girl. They ran his dojo which had become successful enough within the last two years to enter tournaments. Many of which they won, putting the other dojos to shame. One being run by the family-run yakuza. The gang held grudges for each time John beat them in the tournaments. They had tried several times to recruit him into their gang, making promises that he and his betrothed would be taken care of for life, and time and time again, he refused.
A year later, John has reached nineteen and has married his love. The yakuza have stopped pestering him and everything seemed perfect. There was however, a day when John's new wife hadn't shown up to the dojo for practice and he began to worry. Calling off that day's lesson he sped home, only to find his door broken in. Running through the house, he found blood on the kitchen floor. Following it out to the back yard, John found the dead body of his wife, with a message from the yakuza stating that this is what happens when you deny them.
On his twentieth birthday, John still held hatred in his heart for the men who had killed his wife. Nights and days passed by like sands in the hour and no one had seen John. It was only a week later that they had found hide or hair of him, but in the worst of ways: In the yakuza warehouse the leader had shown his face to close the deal on a smuggling contract with an allied mob. It was that night ,John ran into the building, swords swinging that he got his revenge. Fighting off lackey after lackey, killing each one, John reached the leader. Shouting a word of victory, he plunged the sword through the man's chest. And from behind him, a spear was plunged through his own, ending the human life he once had.
Lost Soul Arc: Hundreds of years later, strange "hauntings" occured near the locations of John's and his wife's murders. People claiming to see apparition of John himself wandering the halls of each, or just standing out in the street. This was when he was a lost soul, and hadn't passed on as of yet. It was during one of his "hauntings" that he was attacked by a strange beast. This beast being a "hollow" who wished to devour him.
Before he could be devoured, however, a strange man cut the thing in half with a glowing golden blade. He was smiling, while he held a hand out for John. Once John took it, the man lead him to the Seiretei, where he would train to become a shinigami.
Unseated Soul Reaper/Shinigami Academy Arc: During his first few years of being a shinigami, John had a hard time fitting in. Not only did he have a weird name for a shinigami, but he wasn't as skilled as the others. Every time the exam came around he always panicked and failed to meet the requirements. It wasn't until one day that he met a Yoruichi Shihoin. She taught him a bit about how to use shunpo and how to fight with his zanpakuto. He was one of those within a spirit for his zanpakuto but she said that only made it easier for him to master. During his last time taking the exam, he examplified his bankai and was instantly given the rank of Lieutenant for the fourth division. Upon which, Yoruichi told him:"You've risen to the occasion my bloodied eagle". After that, John took up the name Altair Sanguine which means "The Bloodied Eagle" The rest of his story is to be written
RP Sample:During a cloudy, mild heated sunday afternoon, most people were sitting at home, relaxing with their televisions on. Not Johnathon Dough though. At this moment he was in a gym, his fists rapidly hitting a punching bag filled with sand. Slowing the punches down a bit, he began to put more force into the blows, leaning in with them. And with each of these, the bag swung back on it's chain. It was during these loud thumping charged blows that two men in expensive suede suits enter the "dojo" as it was called.
John held the punching bag until it stopped swinging as they approached and tilted his head. At this current moment he was shirtless, and his physically toned body was covered in a thin jacket of sweat. He was breathing slightly heavily, his abdominal muscles moving with each intake of breath. Turning from the two men, he grabbed a towel, wiping some of the sweat from his face and body. Johnathon then spoke: "I've already told you, that I'm not going to join your stupid gang.
The two men looked two each other, before turning to look at john once more. The two men were of an asian ethnicity, with jet black hair, and each had a sword on their back. One had a goatee and looked to be about five feet nine inches. The other wore sunglasses and was about five feet in stature. Each had a crooked smile on their faces before the taller one spoke up.''Thing is..this time we were told to bring you back as a member, or a corpse." each of the men then pulled the swords from each individual back, slashing at john.
John easily jumped backwards, his body pulling into a backwards sault. Hitting a wall with his back, a scimitar fell into his lap. Standing with the persian sword, he turned to the wall, putting his left foot against it. Quickly following was his right and this process repeated to have him running up the wall. He reached a point where he could no longer run and so he pushed off of the wall, flipping over the two goons. Turning quickly, he brought the scimitar through their stomach, to cut them each cleanly in half.
John stood from the crouch he had landed in, wiping his scimitar on his pants. Seconds later ten other men came through. Each wearing expensive suede tuxedos and each holding a sword out. They surrounded john in a circle, each waiting for him to make a move.
Placing the hilt of his scimitar into his mouth, Johnathon grinned. He picked up the two swords from the dead goons on the ground, holding one in each hand. Assuming a stance, he readied his santoryu(or three-sword) style. Seconds passed, and nothing but the whispering of wind came from outside. Then, as if by a silent signal, all ten began to attack.
Starting with the nearest group of four, john crossed the swords in his hands, blocking the attacks with ease. Pushing forth, he knocked the blades(and the opponents guards) away. Swinging his neck, the scimitar cut into the throats of three of the four men, causing them to fall to the ground gurgling, and gasping for air through the blood flooding outwards. Another man ran forward, yelling out, and John turned, his body leaning forward, leg straight out to have his foot come into the stomach of the screaming man. As he did this, he held a sword near his knee cap, so as the foot hit, the man bent over in pain, the sword stabbing through the bottom of his mouth, up into the man's skull(Passing the brain) as it then came out the top of the skull. Grinning, john pulled his sword from the man's head, turning to the rest of his opponents.
''One...Two..Three..four..Five..Six. Such an unfair fight. You should call in more back-up." With that, two men got angrier, and blindly ran forward, slashing towards john. John moved backwards slightly, only the tip of a sword grazing his arm. He looked the scratch over and sighed, the scimitar falling from his mouth. The two men ran forward again and this is when Johnathon simply pushed his swords' tips to each of the men's stomach, them stabbing through skin, intestine, flesh and eventually more skin, protruding from the back of the men's suits. Pushing them backwards, he grinned as the men were impaled to the wall, leaving them to bleed to death. Turning to the remaining four he waited.
Things happened in this order: One, the rest of the men tried to attack john at once. And he simply leapt up over them, evading the swords. Two, John landed near a coil of super thin wire, grabbing a hold of it. Three, John tied a small kunai to the end of the wire, throwing it at a wall. Four, the wire made many ricochets, until it came back to him, the wire against each man's back(the wire of course is like a sharp steel wool)cutting slightly into the suits. And with that, John pulled with a mighty heave, in one quick motion, the wire appearing on the other side of the men, blood on each of the front of their suits. Grinning once more, John watched all four men fall two different ways, cut in half.
Throwing the wire down, John exited the dojo, running to a horse. He jumped on the back of it, racing his way towards home.

| I will be looking over this apply, but befor i look on your abbilities and such, i would like you to write up a roleplaying sampel with your current charather. I am not approving anymore applies were the member haden`t put in a roleplaying sampel, we want to see how you roleplay with your charather, not how you roleplay with a complety diffrent one.

How fast does it move? How large is the shadow? How long does it reach, does it have a weakness?

Make the duration one post and the cooldown at least 6. Also, remove the part with taking him from sight, since it would make it a bankai level move. Also, what happends if a captain strikes him while the ability is on?

Lower the duration to 1 post and make the cooldown minimum 10 posts and remove the part with the posion, since it comes up into captain rank. Also, how fast does it travel? Also put a limit onto how many shadows he can create.

Name: Gravity Duration:4 Cooldown:6 State:Shikai Range:Circumference of area up to 60 yards. Description:Using the same basic method of mass weight as with his sword, altair causes the area around to become twice as heavy, so all movements by the others around him will be slower by about 25%. His only being slowed by 10%. During this, no other abilities can be used, so everything will be hand to hand. To counter this, one could move out of the area as quickly as possible and counter with a kidou up to level 65, if the ability is still in effect.
remove this ability, since it comes up into advanced captain/captain commander level

Name:Ameratsu(Shadow Flames) Duration:3 Cooldown:5 State:Bankai Range:Mid-range Description:Focusing the power of his dark matter into being, altair summons the shadows to rise, melding with the heat of the air around them. This heat will intensify to what would be an oven temperature of 450 degrees faihrenheit. These shadows then become flames which can "stick" onto the opponent, burning them for a prolonged period of time(three after ability ends) these flames can inflict medium damage and can NOT be put out by conventional means. (Water) Ice should cool them down though.
This ability is the exact same as from naruto. I know its a cool ability, but im gonna have to deny it, rip-offing other shows is not something we allow, no matter how cool it is^^

lower the level of kido he can absorbe down to 60 at max, since only the kido corps captain or captain commander can use kido 90+. Also lower the duration and remove the part with replenishing his own stamia, it makes the ability captain level.

Name:Ameratsu Breath Duration:3 Cooldown:5 State:Bankai Range:Long Description:Inhaling(One turn, not included in duration) the dark matter around him, Altair focuses it to become ameratsu flames within his body, before he opens his mouth to shoot them outwards. These flames can spread out in a large fireball that reaches a length of 85 feet before it stops becoming a fireball of 35 feet in circumference. Again, this can be stopped by ice, or just being quick enough to move out of the way.(can move with the user, like a flame thrower;on third turn becomes the fireball)

lower the duration to 3 posts, add a weakness to it. Also, how can they break out of it?, put some more detail into how they break out.
